I am a business coach and soft skills trainer, an accredited mindfulness teacher, stress management consultant and qualified counsellor with over 25 years’ experience.

I run an online Skype consultancy and offer accredited courses in soft skills management and leadership development, mindfulness teacher training and stress management. All courses come with CPD credits and extensive downloadable notes in PDF format.

I offer personal sessions for those clients who want help with specific problems and do not wish to complete a course.

All courses and personal coaching sessions are extremely practical and relevant to the individual, whatever their experience, or job title. The exercises, routines, insights and tip can start being used immediately and will become more powerful as you practice them.
