Account Audit
We will optimise your existing channels, or set up new accounts. We will recommend (and implement) any changes by ensuring you’re on the right platforms, and that there is consistent branding and tone of voice across them. All this with your target market in mind.

Social Media Strategy
Following the audit we will produce a social strategy tailored to your business. It will be based on our agreed objectives e.g. brand awareness, building an engaged community or generating sales conversions. Within this we’ll craft customer profiles, devise a content strategy, identify influencers and set your tone of voice.

Channel Management
We will agree timing and frequency of posting, curate and create content, and importantly use a test, measure and refine process to ensure we meet your strategic goals. We’ll set up a bi-weekly call and generate a monthly report to highlight successes and plan for the coming months.

Training
If you would prefer to manage your own platforms, we can devise a social media strategy for your business and then deliver training to you or a member of your team, to ensure you have the tools you need to make your social media plan successful.

Scheduled calls in month one and three to check you are on track and help you review your results.
