Following the audit we will produce a social strategy tailored to your business. It will be based on our agreed objectives e.g. brand awareness, building an engaged community or generating sales conversions. Within this we’ll craft customer profiles, devise a content strategy, identify influencers and set your tone of voice.
We will agree timing and frequency of posting, curate and create content, and importantly use a test, measure and refine process to ensure we meet your strategic goals. We’ll set up a bi-weekly call and generate a monthly report to highlight successes and plan for the coming months.
If you would prefer to manage your own platforms, we can devise a social media strategy for your business and then deliver training to you or a member of your team, to ensure you have the tools you need to make your social media plan successful.

We review your existing marketing activity, business plan and overall objectives and devise a social strategy to help you achieve these goals.
We consider your target audience and their online habits, platforms, tone of voice, a content plan, as well as insight into how to evaluate your results.
Once we’ve set up your social platforms and identified the key influencers you should be engaging with, we’ll support you in understanding how to run your platforms via:
