We and our cat Felix highly recommend Gen as a reliable, fun and professional cat sitter. Gen took the time to come meet Felix before we went away. During her visits she fed him, changed his litter, played with him and gave him lots of cuddles. We know this because she sent us photos and videos after each visit! We just started with Gen's walking service and are so pleased we did! I was very impressed by her thorough intake process and her policies around group walks (3 dogs max) and off-leash (nope). She's been great with punctuality and building on our dog's training/walking routines.
