What a gem of a shop! Spent the whole day training around trying to find a mother of the groom outfit. My husband saw Blessings near to us and suggested I popped in. So right on our doorstep was this amazing shop! The staff - mother and daughter - were so lovely and made excellent helpful suggestions. Such fabulous customer service and no pressure whatsoever - I tried on loads of dresses and ended up buying two!! So reasonable and very good quality too. I am visiting the UK from the island of Bermuda. I discovered Blessings of Brighton on the internet. I am soooooo glad that I did. We went to the store and were warmly greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful Allisin. She took her time helping me select a dress for our son’s wedding coming up in June. It was such an amazing experience and well worth the 2 hour drive from where we are staying. They have a great selection of dresses and fascinators. I also sincerely appreciated the fact that Allisin worked within my budget. I highly recommend Blessings because of all they offer. Gemma did mine and my bridesmaid's hair for our wedding on 1st December at Two Woods Estate. Gemma is so friendly and fitted right in, which is some going as my family are a little. .. Chaotic! Every meeting we had with Gemma was easy going and she really put us at ease. I was sooo nervous on the day, but Gemma helped to keep me calm and reminded me to breathe! Karen from Blessings is amazing - so lovely and calm and she helped me find my dress almost immediately (3rd dress I tried on! ). She really understood what I was looking for and wasn't pushy for a sale. I got my dress (which I love) and four bridesmaid dresses from her and would thoroughly recommend Karen and her business. Where do I start.
I had looked at a few wedding shops prior to my wedding day but I hadn't found that right one for me . My friend louise recommended me to go and see Karen at Blessings which is where she purchased her beautiful dress from . I contacted Karen via email to see when I could visit . Karen replied very quickly to arrange an appointment. From when I first walked into the shop I was made to feel very welcome with my mum. The atmosphere was truly relaxing and a enjoyable experience. Karen showed me a particular dress which was new for the season and straight away I knew that was the perfect dress for me. Blessings also do a full range of other bridal dresses which are truly spectacular as well which will accommodate every bride. Blessings also do some very impressive veils and Hair accessories which I also purchased from there. From when we ordered the dress to when it arrived in the shop, Karen kept in contact with me every step of the way to arrange further appointments for my fittings. If you want an experienced person to guide you in their expertise- Blessings is the place to buy your wedding dress. 10/10 rating and would recommend Blessings to anyone wanting to find their perfect dress for their perfect day � More...

Gemma was my hair stylist for my wedding on 17th March 2018. She battled through the snow to get to the venue for 9am and was fantastic. In two hours, she had styled my updo, completed 3 bridesmaids hairstyles, my Mother's and flowergirl's. She is incredibly talented at what she does and has a lovely calm manner, that would make any Bride feel at ease.She kept in contact from before my trial, all the way up to the day. Gemma had done my hair and make up for my wedding at the beginning of the year. well what can I say? it was amazing, everyone had commented on how lovely my hair was and how very natural my make up was, which is what I was after. My hair had stayed up all night even with me dancing around. She had communicated with me throughout the process especially when I was facing a crisis with hair extensions as my hair is thin, and even helping me with my dress and getting me into my transport as my dad had hurt his back. what more can you ask for on your wedding day? I cannot fault her and will definitely recommend to anyone, she is very calm and can have a giggle which helped my nerves on the morning.

Gemma did my hair and make-up and my bridesmaids' hair for my wedding at Upwaltham Barns in March this year. I was a little nervous about having my make-up done as don't normally wear much and wanted to still feel like 'me', but Gemma was so friendly she put me at ease and did such a fabulous job - I couldn't fault anything. What an incredible shop this is. I tried 2 others locally before finding Blessings, and as soon as I walked in with my Mum and bridesmaid, I had a really good feeling. The owner Karen was so welcoming, as was lovely Amy who helped me to find my dress. I explained that I was open to trying anything on as they were the experts so although I chose a few that I particularly liked, I also tried on around 8 that I hadn’t really been drawn to but that they knew would suit me. The dress I finally bought was one of these and nothing like what I thought I wanted - these girls really know what they are doing and what looks good on people! From the classy décor of the shop and the beautiful dresses to the exceptional customer service, I couldn’t recommend Blessings more highly. My Daughter Paige chose her wedding dress here and I cannot recommend this shopping highly enough , Karen was exemplary in her professionalism , she let Paige chose her own dress in her own time , didn't push her opinions upon her at all , but was extremely helpful when her help and advice was needed , and all through the process from choosing the dress to first fitting and alterations she made the process seamless . And since my Daughters destination wedding , and subsequent reception back in the U.K. , has cleaned the dress twice for me , on return from the wedding ready for the reception , and after the reception to finally pack away in her wedding box . She is a real diamond . I truly would not recommend any other shop for your wedding dress and if you need mother of the bride or groom outfits her mother runs the shop occasions two doors along My daughter was a beautiful bride , with the help of Karen , and for that I am eternally grateful.
