If this place doesn't make it to the top-list on data recovery, then I would question the authority and professionalism of such list. I was in search of data recovery specialists/shops to rescue a suddenly crashed USB drive.  But after talking to several data recovery shops and specialists both via phone-call and on-site and having them check the uncooperative drive, I was told the drive was dead.Geeks 2 You came up as a referral by my caring colleague. And I called this place just as another desperate try. I was looking for a computer repair place and saw the high praises Geeks 2 You had and decided to give it a try. I was very impressed with their service (fast, very knowledgeable, reasonably priced). Super friendly and knowledgeable place here! They responded quickly to my query on yelp and I brought my computer in with a busted hard drive. The hard drive was beyond recovery (which they were able to quickly diagnose and explain), but they were able to quickly install a new hard drive, with a copy of Windows 10 on it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Geeks 2 You! I had three hard drives with water damage(I was heartbroken to lose all my photos and memories for the last 15 years) Theresa was able to recover all three! She is amazing!  Super talented and passionate for what she does, she completely put me at ease with her confidence and friendly, genuine personality. When I spoke to her on phone I knew if someone could do it, it would be her. Before deciding on Geeks2You,  I called all major places in Tucson that do harddrive recovery and NONE of them were confident they could even possibly recover and all told me I would most likely have to pay thousands of dollars to send to a laboratory for recovery.  I couldn't believe that she did it and in just a few hours! I spent 3 hours with 2 Geek Squad representatives remotely and was told I had a hardware issue and needed an appointment. They then said my laptop would need to be sent out and it would be 2 weeks . I'm not surprised that Geeks 2 You has an A+ rating. The two employees I met at their store went out of their way to deliver what I came for -- which was to bring my ancient PC back to life. ******** was able to find the correct parts in the back of their store, but after I had installed them, my computer still totally unusable. So I called them to ask for help. I talked with their technician ****, and he said I hadn't installed the new parts correctly. He stayed on the phone, directing me and correcting me until I installed those parts the right way. And now my computer is working like it was when I bought it new 11 years ago. I was not charged for the extra time they spent helping me; in fact their final bill was about one third LESS than their original estimate. Thanks for all and everything. More...

We called geeks 2 u for some wi fi thermostat issues at our church. Jonathan was prompt and super knowledgeable. This is amazing!!!! Don't go to geek squad. They come right to your home and they have even fixed my complex problems in less than an hour. Trust me I have a Master's Degree and experienced with computers for my job and I couldn't even fix problems I was having with my desktop with popups and issues. Austin came today on the weekend and even came early and called before asking. The manager via facebook messenger replies immediately and the charge is superb for what you are getting. I inadvertantly dialed Geeks 2 You when I thought I was calling the Geek Squad, but I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent job, their rep, Jackson did for me to resolve my issue with my router. Not only did he resolve the issue, but he made some other improvements to the performance of my computer and got me off the Internet Explorer onto Foxfire. My desktop computer was only able to boot Windows in safe mode, a fan was broken and the inside of the case was choked with dust. The geeks came to my place, and determined a course of action. They had to take my case back to the shop, but it was only for a week. Fortunately, I had my laptop as backup. When Randy the geek brought it back,  he took great care hooking the cables back up and making sure that everything worked properly. He also explained exactly what was done and answered my questions. It turned out that one of my 2 video cards had gone  bad. They replaced the bad fan and thoroughly cleaned the interior of the case. They also checked for viruses, malware and other nasty traps. The total cost of their services was $235. Much cheaper than buying a new computer with the associated hassle of transferring all my files. My computer is running like brand new again. Thanks Geeks! We were pleasantly surprised when we called about a PC that was not working. A young man named Wesley arrived on time , he was very polite, knowledgeable, and very patient and helpful. He took the tower with him and promised to have it back within 2 days. He did just that and the promises he made were completely fulfilled.  The computer is working beautifully, and we will not hesitate to call them again if the need arises, or to recommend them any time. Our hard drive crashed and we lost most of our photos and videos from a few years. I was so sad to think about all the videos and pictures of our kids learning to walk and talk that were lost.  We took it to one place that said they were unrecoverable.  Another lady we called wanted thousands of dollars to try to get the information.  Then we found Geeks 2 You!!!!!!  They were very reasonably priced and said they have a 95% data recovery success rate.  Teresa worked on our hard drive and was able to recover everything!!!!!   I'm so happy with the work they did.  Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
