Not only is Gee a great photographer - he’s a really nice guy too! Arranged at short notice to come and take some shots at my mothers 80th birthday celebration meal at Loch Fyne and he made the old dear (and everyone else for that matter) totally at ease as if he wasn’t there, with his charm and warm personality. My (now) wife and I decided that we would travel from the United States to Scotland to get married, and after a lot of hunting around online for a photographer, I came across Gee's work, and knew I wanted him to photograph our little ceremony. Communicating with him to plan everything from across an ocean was super easy, and he went out of his way to make sure that everything was awesome. From our pre-wedding shoot on Arthur' Seat, to our ceremony in Princes Street Gardens, to a walk along the Royal Mile and through the closes, he was amazing. Gerlof is amazing! If you are thinking about booking him, don't wait! Gerlof did our wedding photos in August 15 and then our maternity photoshoot just recently. We can't wait to book him for family photos when our baby arrives! We have also recommended him to various friends since we met him who have all been delighted with his work! Booked G to capture our day after seeing his website and loving his work!! On the run up to the big day, he made himself available to answer any questions we had and generally chat about our wedding. His personality has you completely at ease which definately helps. On the day itself, he snapped away while we were getting organised and we hardly noticed him. G's attitude to the formal pictures was fun and we didnt feel overwhelmed by having so many pictures taken, in fact we were having such a good time, the photoshoot seemed to be over with in a flash. Guests have already commented to us that we looked like we were having great fun!! A lovely wee touch was that G sent us some "taster" photos the very next morning which look fantastic. Gee did a family photo session with us last weekend. We wanted something natural with our little one, instead of a studio session - he had come highly recommended from a colleague.

I cant recommend this guy highly enough - the photos are amazing and he has totally captured our son in his best moments - just exactly how we want to remember him at this stage of his life - we've now also got some pretty amazing family shots.

This is far too long overdue! But credit is still due to Geebz. I got married in June 2015. It was an amazing day! But Geebz made it even more awesome! We chose Geebz on a whim due to a special offer but it was definitely the right decision. From the moment we met him, he was so comical and funny. He was against the cheese!
