What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for another company was brilliant and gave us all the skills we needed to carry out our work to the highest degree. We had the knowledge and skillset as well as the people to take our company to market. We set ourselves very high customer service targets and pride ourselves on the services we offer.

We carry out surveys free of charge to allow our customers to gauge costings for the proposed work at no additional cost to themselves. We have accreditations within our industry and fully qualified, certificated and fully insured whilst also working towards ISO's 9001, 14001 and 45001. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As we are classed as being an essential industry during the pandemic as we support with air extract and commercial refrigeration, operational measures and changes have been implemented. When a customer visits us, we have robust procedures in place to ensure traceability and have a visitors signing in book. As the pandemic has flexed, so have we in regards to government advice and legislative changes being implemented. Our engineers follow strict protocols and advice when visiting any site and have all been provided with the relevant PPE supplies to ensure our crew and our customers are safe. As changes are recommended regularly, our guidelines and procedures will flex with those changes, ensuring everyone is safe.
