Ashley helped me sort out an application that had been refused, and after additional representations, which were impressively well written and cited, the end result was a successful change of the previous refusal! She is an absolute star and stays very current with legislation and court changes and is very professional.

With all of the stress and frustration that can come with immigration applications and issues, she is stellar to deal with, she listens and understands your situation, provides excellent, well informed advice and gets results. Even though this has been one of the most stressful times of my life, I have always smiled at some point during every phone conversation we had. She is amazing!
