GBS provided excellent service and have seen my visa application to successful completion! Very well organized and efficient guides to the complicated process. They have years of experience and prepared me for compiling the necessary documents and also anticipated potential problems. Victoria Girsa, company director, was our guide through the process and couldn't have been more helpful. She insisted all documentation was original or certified/notarized as needed. She knew exactly was was necessary and kept scans of every document we compiled. This was critical because the (inevitable?) problem that arose due to a failure on the part of the UK's scanning service in the US was immediately resolved when Victoria retrieved the missing documents and transmitted them to Sheffield. I contacted GBS UK Immigration for help in obtaining my UK passport. It was a lengthy process even though both my parents and grandparents were British; however, GBS UK Immigration smoothed the process out, making certain that all the documents were in order, and properly forwarded to the appropriate authorities. Being a Canadian working professional living in the UK I knew when moving here that I was going to have to deal with Visa applications every odd year. With Brexit, it became a whole lot more complicated. As such, I figure that this time round that I should probably get a solicitor to make sure that everything went smoothly. Boy am I glad I ever did! To make a long story short, my Visa app dragged on for 364 days and if it wasn't for Ashley telling me this wasn't normal, going down to London repeatedly to visit Home Office to figure out why my case hadn't been resolved yet, I would have likely left the UK for good.
