GBS is a great roofing company. My wife and I were referred to them by our insurance agent. They came to our home and did a thorough inspection of our roof, the same type of inspection that our adjuster did. They wanted to make sure we had enough damage to file a claim. We did! After working with their estimator to pick out the right shingles for our home and working with the insurance company to get the right upgrades needed for new building codes, their crew came out and did the work in one day!!! Cleanup was great! Their crews ran a magnet through the yard I don’t know how many times and picked up the nails. Our new roof looks great and we are getting a discount with our insurance for having hail resistant shingles! Thanks GBS for doing a great job!!! More...

This is my second roof insurance claim to have on my house.That is Colorado for you! GBS Roofing is the only roofing company I would ever call again. They are incredibly quick to return calls and really go the extra mile. If something isn't right, they will make it right. You can't go wrong with these guys. Just last week I called Amanda, the office manager, and asked if they had anyone in the area during the week to swing by and look at something I just noticed. Glad I found GBS Roofing and worked with Scott. This company is honest people doing what they quoted at a reasonable price. I talked with several other roofing companies about roof replacement after the 2016 spring hail storm in Castle Rock. Several of the other companies wouldn't provide a $$ quote, just "we will work with your insurance company". If you aren't getting a detailed quote and $$ price , walk away from that business. Be an informed consumer and know what the insurance claim is paying, what the roofing company is providing and the $$ quote from them. More...

This is my 2nd experience with GBS They are awesome. Scott suggested a gutter color to go with my choice of roof and I love it. Samantha and Amanda have been so helpful and patient beyond words with my insurance company and mortgage company who drug their feet. Drew made several trips to pick up checks from me as insurance co dribbled them in, always with a smile. I have been a repeat GBS customer for over 12 years. The first time I called GBS, I thought I needed a new roof, they explained that a repair would take care of the problem, saving me a great deal of money. They were right, that repaired roof lasted perfectly until the big hail storm of June 2016. They were there with me to meet with the insurance adjuster after that storm, making sure that all of the damage the house suffered was noted and included in the estimate if possible. They knew the procedure for getting my HOA approval , and quickly too. Once work was started it was beautifully completed within 3 days. They rolled the property for loose nails, and picked up by hand everything and everywhere the roller couldn't go. I have dogs and they were very respectful of not letting them out of the backyard and not leaving anything that would be a danger to their paws or digestion. We have a second house about 15 miles away from the first one, so different hail storms hit that area. That home needed two new roofs about 16 months apart because of hail storms as well.
