Incapable of fulfilling a shipment. I first moved overseas from the UK in November 2016. I am still waiting for my final shipment of over 2000 pounds of shop fixtures and fittings. We were highly recommended to use GB MOVER for our move from very good friends of ours. James Brown (the owner) came out to do a estimate and I knew we were in very good hands, we were reassured that everything would go smoothly and to leave it in their capable hands. We were not disappointed, James and his professional team were exceptional!! The packaging material was great and used protective covers on all of the furniture. Also what I noticed he has special foam vinyl pad inside the trucks never seen that before!! James Brown and the GB team are, for us, the go to removal service. We have used him at least 3 times moving from house to apartments (3rd floor) and onwards from there. He has also stored our home contents as the property we were moving to needed some work. Everything worked to plan, on time and always in perfect condition. He made full use of his 'Meet the Bockers' goods elevator, reducing the impact upon other residents by not using the internal lift. He follows the style 'Adapt, Improvise and Overcome' when difficulties present themselves. James packs our home, moves, stores and then unpacks, all taking place with as little fuss and mess as you would ever wish for while moving home. James has moved us locally and further afield. We know that he has frequently worked internationally and we can only believe that he carries out these services with his typical good humour and can do approach.
