GB Conditioning is a fitness company that was created to implement proven Strength & Conditioning techniques and methods into traditional fitness programming. That's not to say that working with Gary will lead to you becoming a 'meathead', but that the strength element of fitness programming is usually missing , often intentionally in favour of fad exercises or cardio.
