I ordered an arrangement for my grandmother and it was beautiful! I ordered one of their deal of the day. There was no picture so I was a little worried I wouldn't know what she would get. We have since used this flower shop many times and we continue to be amazed with their flower arrangements. I want to leave the older comments so that you know that they made mistakes BUT they certainly made up for it. Bravo Update: I spoke with the Owner who apologized for the employee and also the flowers that were not delivered on time. I appreciate the call and efforts Very disappointed today. I placed an online order around 9 am for an employees anniversary. At 4:45 I received a phone call from the delivery driver asking if we are open. Unfortunately we close at 4:30 and the excitement of flowers getting delivered to our employee on her anniversary is gone. I called to ask why they had taken so long to get delivered, the woman on the phone mentioned the next time I order online I should write the time they should be delivered. Because of her comment, which I thought was unapologetic, I cancelled the order. Had she apologized or even try to make it right I would have been a happy customer. More...

This is my all time favorite florist in Riverside. I am always in awe of their ability to capture a feeling in an arrangement. I've used them for wedding center pieces, floral arrangements for my office and arrangements for funerals. They did a spectacular Ikebana arrangement on special request for a funeral that absolutely blew me away. They have a personal touch and you can definitely feel the care they put into their arrangements. Absolutely the most stunning flower arrangement I've ever seen were delivered to me today from The Gazebo of the Canyon Crest Florist. A variety of beautiful flowers in my favorite colors and it's huge. I can't stop looking at it. I had emergency surgery 2 days ago and my friend had these sent. The delivery person was so kind, he asked if I needed them brought inside. I'm not to lift anything for 2 weeks so I very much appreciated him doing that for me. Walked in and was immediately greeted by this young woman(I wish I remembered her name). I'm a Home baker and I was working on a wedding cake and needed a few greenery for my cake and the young lady was so helpful, she was very attentive and she understood what I was looking for! Late review but bought some beautiful wine carnations and baby breath crowns from here. We had some incidents with the order (we left part of them behind) but they stayed open a little late to meet with us. We even added a crown last minute and they took care of it really quickly. I don't write reviews often. But, after the wonderful experience I had with this place; It would be rude not too. I often find myself reading reviews before I take a chance on a restaurant or business for the first time. Therefore, I feel it is important to share how AMAZING the service was. First and foremost the flowers were FRESH, right there it is a major A+ on my book. The price was reasonable for the good quality of the flowers and the vases. Not your typical cheap vases you find at other flower shops, they seem to care for the aesthetic look of the flowers, as for us the buyer the aesthetic look is very important. The customer service was truly a wonderful experience, I spoke to a girl who knew exactly what to recommend for my price range and for my need. When my mother-in-law received the flowers she was impressed with them and she assumed I had spent a allot on them as they looked amazing, I asked her to snap a picture for me. And YES, in fact the flowers looked beyond the price I paid for, they looked much more expensive. I am making this my GO-TO flower shop for my riverside county. Thanks to them, my intention to make my mother in law feel appreciated truly nailed it. She now knows how much I care for her. Honestly I didn't know this place existed, there are so many little shops around the plaza that I should really check out some time! This is located behind Rite Aid, on the side where Chase Bank is. Not at all hard to miss if you're looking for it.My sister's School of Optometry graduation was today in Fullerton and since it's not graduation season yet in Riverside, I was panicking to find leis and bouquets for my sister very last minute since I forgot to order them. After looking up and calling, unfortunately none of the florists near UCR or in downtown had any leis. I decided to come in to get a bouquet custom as well made though since the pictures I saw looked great.Walking in, all you see are random arrangements sitting around, making the shop look a bit old since some of the arrangements are of fake flowers, very pretty nevertheless. There were orchids and gift arrangements to purchase there with prices on them as well. It was only being run by an old Asian lady and she immediately greeted me and asked if I needed help. When I asked her about custom bouquets, she asked the occasion and gender of the person. Now I am in no way a flower person, I actually hate and can't stand the smell of flowers, so she was glad to help when I asked for something "Spring-y" for a graduation but with traditional touches. She showed me the individual flowers and I chose a couple flowers before letting her choose for me. Before picking the flowers, she asked what price range I was looking for and how elaborate I wanted it. Prices will vary based on the flowers and number you have. She took those flowers and preceded to arrange them in a little back area while suggesting I write a card (complementary) to add to it. I got to add purple ribbon, though I wish I asked to add a gold ribbon to it as well as those are the university colors.Overall I was impressed by the bouquet and it turned out beautiful. Service was great and there was no wait at all. The arrangement was skillfully done and I will come back again definitely for UCR grad season.The arrangement is now in a vase at home! More...

I don't purchase flowers often, but I've bought some from here twice in the span of about 6 months. I had no idea what I wanted (name of flowers) but they were able to put together a nice package of flowers in 5 to 10 minutes just from me telling them the occasion, the colors I'd like to have, and the price range that I'd like to be in. Both times the flowers looked great and they were perfect for what I needed them for. The first time that I came here I ordered the flowers to be delivered and they arrived in less than an hour. I was in a hurry and needed a bouquet of flowers!!! I ran into the Gazebo and was greeted with a smile. WOW that's a first! I explained kind of what I needed and they give me more idea's. My bouquet turned out Beautiful!! Wasn't to expensive and lasted a couple of weeks! I have tried other florist in the Riverside area but none like The Gazebo!
