Its very rare for me to be impressed with any " company " nowadays as there are so many cowboys about willing to try and take you for a ride but , I have to say this man really impressed me with his knowledge , enthusiasm and not least respect , that to me is important , he made me comfortable , and cleared my Bumble Bee problem without any hesitation and at a very reasonable cost , the queen and her workers have been moved to a farm which is great , I didn't want to kill them but needed them gone to allow my roofers to strip the tiles .
