What makes a great website?
Best foot forward. Everything your client needs to know on the first page, above the fold. Who you are, what you do, and how to contact you. A contact form in the header is a great tool for collecting leads! The rest of your website (assuming you're not an e-commerce) is for people to vet you. Have a contact form on every page, and lead people though your site with Call-To-Actions.

What are you trying to say, to whom... and why?
Your message is front and center. What are you trying to convey, and what actions do you want your users to take. I would always ask a client to show me some sites from similar services that we can draw inspiration from.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to help people, and offer them practical advice on how they can improve their businesses. It brings me great joy to have a job that is also my hobby.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The desire to help people, and try to make money doing it was the biggest inspiration. I'm not rich, but I get a lot of satisfaction from seeing clients leave my office happy.
