Gas4u fitted a boiler and in their haste, they ripped my lino, broke a vase and left me with a leaking joint which caused considerable damage, inconvenience and cost to me. It took them 2 days to come and stop the leak and when I asked them to make good the damage they had caused, I just got a load of excuses, denial and aggravation.... it was like dealing with a child. What do you love most about your job?
Customer satisfaction is a huge plus, we value our customers the most. Most of our work is through word of mouth which is the way we like and feel thats our beat advertising.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Me (Dave), Paul and Kev all worked together for the same company for a long time Paul was the team leader and after knowing each others qualitys.weahrer its servicing, breakdowns or installation we all agreed we could offer a quality service into the private world which had been a fantasic choice on all our behalfs.
Why should our clients choose you?
We class ourselfs on being very reliable and try to offer the best service possible for our customers and put them first, we are very active to an emergency situation which helps as there are 3 of us instead of your normall one man band and our prices are very reasonable.
