We have a leak in the piping system after an installation of a new boiler (through E.ON) done 4 weeks ago. Leak is not their fault, but they came back to assess the repair straight away. Engineers are good and competent but the back office is just ridiculous. Since then, I have chased multiple times to get a quotation (even through E.ON). Despite saying they were going to send a quotation the same day, NOBODY sent us a quotation and they left us with no heating nor hot water in the coldest time of the year. I had my boiler fitted the boys were amazing the boss came to my home in January I had no heating no hot water nothing . .. Had a new boiler and radiators fitted a couple of weeks ago by gas tech.Absolutely brilliant service by gas techs Lee cable. Very clean, put down protective floor coverings and did a really neat job on the boiler and rads.Extremely polite, and courtious and went out of their way to provide an excellent service, even coming out early on the second day to catch me before I went to work, which was very early for them having to travel to Swansea from Ebbw Vale way.Can't fault them.Excellent service from their electrician who came a couple of days later too.Great work gas tech!
