William came out for what should have been a straightforward job, but of course, one thing lead to another, and he patiently and methodically worked through each new problem that came up, and made sure that everything was running properly again, and didn't leave the job until he was satisfied everything was stable and working.

Highly recommended, very professional.

i would highly recommend William and his team. They have just completed a Gas log burner fire installation for me and the workmanship and efficiency was second to none. Being quite a messy job with having to install a flue system through my extension ceiling and roof, you would hardly have known they were there! But most importantly the professionalism and quality of workmanship provided was above and beyond what I expected.

Absolutely over the moon with our fireplace and stove. Gordon was brilliant from his first visit to completion. Timescale given was spot on. Design and variation (as the original fireplace found) to what we originally thought we wanted was great with our thoughts and ideas asked along the way making it very personal to us. Great work ethic from the guys and fantastic approach to updating time of arrival etc. Loved the enthusiasm of the guys, who seemed just as excited as us to see the finished centre piece to the room.
