The Freedo Game is such an amazing way to work on different facets of personal development in a fun, approachable, and impactful way. Each session you will dive into a specific theme with a variety of exercises designed to inspire insight, self-discovery, and profound reflection and learning 💫 One thing I learned from a Freedo session with Gary was the true meaning of appreciation-- how when you appreciate something, its value grows (just like how an investment "appreciates" as its value grows) -- what an important insight to see that value is not static or objective-- it takes gratitude and appreciation to give it value and to feel the value in your body 🌟 I also went through a blessed month of Freedo coaching with Gary ✨ It consisted of four weekly calls that each gave me priceless tools for better organizing my life and for living a better life overall 💪 With each session we focused on one word that exemplified something I want to master in my life. During each session, we explored a wide range of exercises guided by one Freedo card and our intuitive guidance... One thing that was particularly helpful was visualizing what mastery looks like and then breaking the journey down step by step while physically walking the path— a mind blowing and revolutionary way to approach this method of task management towards long-term goals! 🤩 The understanding that a lack of clarity can be the root cause of procrastination was very helpful for me 🗺 Finally, getting to embody my shadow was profoundly helpful on my journey. I love helping and supporting my clients feel good and live more in alignment to their dream life.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to help myself live the dream and for others to as well.
I have always loved every kind of self help, alternative health and energy work. I read many books, attended many classes and workshops over the years and learnt from many great masters.
