Gary is a very good professional! He has carefully studied my case and has designed a customised plan to achieve my goals.
He monitors the diet requirements (protein and calorie consumption) and the weight (body fat, BMI, etc.) in every session.
I am very happy and I would strongly recommend him.

I've been training with Gary for over a year and have seen significant improvements in building muscle. Gary provides a workout and meal plan, which he updates to keep me progressing. I’ve been working with Gary for several years. I had worked with other trainers before and had never really intended to have a long term working relationship with a one. However Gary has made an immense difference not just to the way I work out but also to my attitude to exercise in general. He gently pushes me to make progress despite the fact that I’m way beyond the age where there’s that much that is realistically attainable. He is also brilliant at sensing when I’m getting bored or jaded and introducing different ways of working. His fitness knowledge is extensive and consequently he can safely tailor what he does to the individuals capability. I’ve been training with Gary for a while now, and he’s able to make every session as dynamic as the last. Always professional, but very easygoing, he makes even the worse leg days a bit more enjoyable.
Gary is really creative with workouts and exercises: even during the lockdown months he managed to adapt my training and make it effective using things I had around home. He also added some boxing exercises since I enjoy it so much, showing his versatility when it comes to exercising.
Would certainly recommend as a personal trainer, not just for his engagement with the client, but equally for the way he creates a workout and a diet plan to fit you individually!

Hard work, dedication, knowing you stuff. Knowing your daily protein requirement alongside managing your overall calorie intake is key in order to build and then maintain the physique you want. That alongside a training program incorporating progressive overload.

Seeing results not only in the physical aspect of things but seeing a positive change in someones confidence and mental well-being is really rewarding.

I moved away from the hospitality industry in order to become my own boss and change up my working hours. I saw an opportunity to pass on what I had learnt from building my own physique and I was keen to keep learning by taking on fitness as a full time career.

Because my approach takes from the evidence based community of fitness. I know what works, I have seen people change before my eyes. If you have the patience to learn and the will power to succeed, I am the trainer for you. There is no overnight magic, but you can start taking the right steps towards achieving your fitness and body goals with me.

Yes, I have serviced many clients with remote sessions throughout the pandemic. Guiding clients with technique as I would in person and generally taking them through a planned and specific workout tailored to their goals is what I do.

With outdoor sessions I have always cleaned down equipment before and after use and abided to socially distanced rules.
