During the current social distancing phase of the Covid-19 crisis I am only offering online sessions. This is in line with guidance from UKCP.

I am a fully qualified UKCP and BACP registered psychotherapist. I work with men, women and couples who are experiencing emotional and relational difficulties. I work with issues such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, OCD, bereavement, as well as relationship difficulties with individuals and couples.
I offer a private space for you to talk about what is troubling you, so we can make sense of your issues and help you find a way to take back control of your life. I believe we are all different so I draw on various models of practice to tailor the work to your specific needs.
