Person-Centered counselling provides a safe, supportive and non-judgmental setting in which the client is free to explore and express inner thoughts and feelings in the present moment without judgment.

The counsellor does not offer advice or solutions, but trusts implicitly in the client’s own ability and inner resources to make sense of what is happening, and to find the means within themselves to deal with negative thoughts and feelings.

I am passionate about helping people to overcome fear, to think and act more effectively, and to achieve happiness, certainty and peace of mind regardless of any apparent obstacles.

I work with individuals on a one-to-one basis, either in person (in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire) or online using secure and easy to use Zoom video conferencing software.
