HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Woke up to a cracked pipe and a garage full of water. Called a local plumber hoping someone could get to me ASAP. Michelle in the office could not have been more helpful. She called for emergency work and was back in touch with me within 30 minutes. The owner was here in the time promised, and went straight to work, assessed the problem explained everything needed to correct it and even replaced a faulty valve. After calling 3 other service companies on a SAT. evening into a Sunday morning that couldn't come for no hot water on w/e before Christmas, office called back w/I 10 minutesof my call at noon on Sunday, Tom called back shortly, was here 45 minutes after 1st call and done w/I another 45 minutes for not only Hot Water Heater repair but also a furnace repair I asked about while he was here. Made recommendations and provided quote on hot water heater replacement of 11-12 yo unit that has had other issues serviced by other companies as well as probable poor install issues. Also answered questions about toilet leak after quick check. Fast service on a Sunday, WOULD call again but hope not to HAVE TO.. Tnx Tom! More...

Highly recommend Tom! He came out within an hour on a very busy Friday to fix a leak at the base of our toilet. I hired Garon T Plumbing to replace a vanity and fix a shower valve. The vanity was customized with heat register in baseboard and he was able to fabricate that on the spot. Connections of HW/CW were redone from flex to copper and he also fixed my tub spout which I did not mention to him but was not secured well.
