I called Gareth about installing a Sky satellite dish at our house. Gareth came and priced me up initially and his price was the best out of three quotes. After seeing his work on Facebook, I had complete confidence in him. He fitted me in and he arrived promptly. Before Gareth started we went over what he would be doing. I mentioned to him that I wanted the dish installed as discreetly as possible… Gareth confidently said he could do that and he suggested installing it discreetly above the bay window roof!... GENIUS!... The dish was merely 2” away from the roof!... Gareth was also very careful in routing the wires from the dish along the outside of the house and he routed the wires how I requested it through the house.There are some rip-off people out there as shown on BBC Watchdog. Gareth isn't like that, as he takes pride in his work.We are very very pleased with Gareths sky dish installation. He was punctual, professional, honest, flexible and fair. After my expensive 2 year old 48" panasonic tv developed intermittant loss of picture I rang Gareth to give me a repair quote. He honestly told me that the problem of a faulty back light was a common manufacturing fault and could not be successfully repaired. He offered to write me a detailed report confirming this so that I could take this up with the retailer. He predicted everything the retailer would say and do and he was spot on they did exactly as he had said. I paid Gareth £40 a reasonable amount for his time and trouble considering that the retailer offered me a £400 re imbursement including the refund of the report to put towards a new tv. I have already recommended him to family and friends. It is not often you meet honest people nowadays who are not out just to make a quick buck for themselves. More...

Just called Gareth about a fault in a TV. I advised him of the action I had taken up to this point and he had advised me because the fault I had tried to address would be one that he would firstly suspect and anything after that would not be justified in cost. He told me he recommends I cut my losses and plump for a new TV given that the cost of repairing this one would be equal to - if not more - than if I just purchased a new one.Absolutely honest and personable, if I ever had an issue with another TV, he would be the first person I called.Further, most businesses dislike being asked for advice without pay but Gareth gave me a professional and polite blind diagnosis for nothing. I rang Gareth today asking if he could repair our Smart TV. He told me what I needed to buy from PC World to fix it and even gave me the item number and price. I went and bought it and the TV is now working.The problem - It wouldn't connect to the Internet.I'd rung Curry's and asked if they could repair it and they quoted £95 just to examine the TV!!!Thankyou Gareth. Having read his reviews we asked Gareth to help us set up a TV and sound system. We had been told that we needed a different aerial but when Gareth came he set up the tv on the existing one, saving us the additional cost. Many others would have just sold us a new aerial. I recently contacted Gareth about my broken plasma he told me what was up with it and would be cheaper for me to order the part myself he told me the exact part to order and dropped my TV off for me saving me a lot of money when he could of charged way over the top for something simple what a truly honest professional wish there was more like him
