My fiancé and I got married here.
The Positives:
Venue - Beautiful venue, guests loved the garden and took lots of their own photos in the gazebo.
We received lots of compliments on how beautiful it was.
Food - We went with Santis. Everyone was complimenting how good the food was (chicken rollatini, rice pilaf, green beans).
Cake - Lots of compliments on the cake from Sugar Lips from guests saying it was the best wedding cake they've had. We went with white chocolate with raspberry filling.
DJ - The DJ company was good to work with overall and accommodating. He did a good job with MCing and coordinating with the band although I wish more American music was played but that may have been on us for how we did the timeline and dance segments. We were also jamming out to some house music then there was a bad transition into reggae that led to people leaving the dance floor. I had to quickly ask for a song change. The Photo Booth through the DJ was a treat, everyone had fun and I love how we got the link to all photos.
Bartenders, waiters, security - Everyone raved about how amazing the bartenders and waitstaff were. One of our friends said he left the bartenders a $100 tip because of how good they were, even remembering his drink when he would go back to order. The head waiter really took charge in making sure everything was good, she did more coordinating than the actual coordinators it felt like. Security guards were beyond accommodating and helpful.
Email communication - Was on point and really good leading up to the big day. Never felt like a burden emailing with any questions I had.
Price - Affordable for a beautiful venue.
The Negatives:
Rehearsal and day-of coordination - Although they seemed nice, the coordinators are way too timid to know how to direct and seemed clueless throughout the in-person experience. During the rehearsal my fiancé and MOH had to take charge in directing everyone where to stand because the coordinator was extremely timid/soft spoken and did not explain to us clearly what we needed to do. We were told to fill out a piece of paper with the bridal party's names then the coordinator left and were waiting so long that my fiancé had to go grab her so we could start the rehearsal. During the day of our wedding, the coordinator(s) were completely absent. We did not see them at all except for right before the ceremony. It felt like they were hiding in the office the whole time and did not check on us once. There was a delay in people getting to the venue and people were entering the venue, my bridesmaids had to tell them to leave and lock the doors themselves so people did not come into the venue... Not sure where the coordinators were at this time? Before the grand entrance, my dad had to knock on the office door for them to come out so we could start. I was confused on what exactly was being coordinated if they were in the office all night with the door closed? It felt like we had to take charge and coordinate ourselves. If you're a coordinator, you should be on the floor ensuring everything is going right and on schedule, not hiding away for us to look for you if we need something or something goes wrong. I also walked out with my veil folded which upsets me regarding photos and videos. The coordinator should have known to help me with it prior to walking down the aisle. The ring bearer and flower girls also did not know where to go because they did not go over it with us during the rehearsal as we kind of had to direct the rehearsal ourselves.
Appetizers - We heard they were good and beautiful, but we were told the table would be refilled if the food was eaten and I do not believe it was so we did not get to enjoy it.
Decorations - Our decorations were not done correctly. The chair sashes were supposed to be placed across the tables as runners for two centerpiece designs we had chosen in the place of chair sashes which made the tables all ivory and plain-looking.

My wedding was last night and I could not rave more about how amazing this venue is. They took away all the stress of vendors and stress of the day. Celeste was my event coordinator and she was pronominal!! She went above and beyond for me and made sure everything was perfect. I loved every second of our day. My family also had the best time ever. She was so relieved that she could just have enjoy herself and not have to worry about serving and cleaning up. Garden Tuscana was not originally on my radar for possible wedding venues. It was by chance that I'd gotten an email inviting me to their open house and I'd decided to give them a chance. They were the first venue we toured and the only one that had our chosen day available a year in advance. Ultimately we booked with them. Never once did I regret the decision. Emily was so easy to work with and made sure every detail was absolutely perfect. She also made sure to answer all of our questions quickly and was just on top of everything. The venue was absolutely gorgeous and ran so smoothly that it made the most important day of our lives absolutely perfect. The all-inclusive packages made everything so easy for me and the quantity of their vendors was excellent as well. Garden Tuscana is an absolute dream of a venue to get married and Emily and her staff make it as perfect and as stress-free as possible for the groom (myself) and bride. Melissa, coordinating the hall and Gretchen, coordinating the ceremony, make a great team, ensuring the best quality and attention to both sides of the wedding. I loved the fact that they both stayed behind for several hours until everything was absolutely perfect. For their options, taking their DJ (Arizona DJ), Photography (Arizona Wedding Photographers), and Bar Tending in an all-inclusive package is a must. Price and quality cannot be found the same elsewhere. We have a catering company that we wanted to use and they worked with our catering company beautifully. Emily and Melissa are absolutely wonderful. Any time I felt like I was asking too many questions too often, they assured me I wasn’t. The venue was incredibly beautiful for our wedding day and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Except maybe a security guard that wasn’t exactly smart. I was outside, in my dress, all ready to go, about a half hour before the ceremony and he asked me “Are you the bride?” I had to respond with “No, I’m just here to show up the bride.” But, that is a great memory along with many many more. My husband and I were recently married at Garden Tuscana, and were SO pleased with and thankful for their services, from the beginning of the planning process throughout the whole event!
We cannot say how grateful we are to have used this venue and their kind and professional staff!
Due to scheduling constraints with my husband's work, we decided to have a fast wedding: just over 3 months from engagement to wedding! We booked GT just under 2 months out, and Emily was kind, calm, professional, friendly, capable, and alltogether fantastic all the way through. She anticipated so many things, and was a huge part of the "party's" success! A true gem! We also worked with Melissa, to a lesser extent, and enjoyed working with her as well!
Our wedding was mid-summer (hot!), and we were on quite a budget, but also had a huge group we dearly wanted to invite, so we needed a flexible and large venue, pronto! GT's outdoor garden was BEAUTIFUL for the ceremony, and the VERY spacious inside perfect for the reception. I was so pleased with the number of options for decor!
Other fantasic aspects of GT were cost and vendor flexibility:
the cost was amazingly reasonable,
and they give you the option of using their list of preferred vendors or bringing your own. WONDERFUL for us since we had friends doing our food, photography, etc.
In short, I highly recommend GT!

Getting married at Garden Tuscana was the best decision we could have made for our wedding day. The venue is absolutely beautiful and we got so many compliments. For the amount of guests we had, this was by far the most budget friendly for everything that was included. The outside garden is lush and beautiful with many spots for photos after the ceremony. The inside is clean and stunning, and easily accommodates large weddings. The staff, and Emily specifically, were so easy to communicate with. They got a lot of emails from me over the year I spent planning (sorry Emily lol) and they answered all of my questions and were always quick to respond. I had the absolute pleasure of getting married at Garden Tuscana. The first time I stepped foot in the garden at Garden Tuscana, I was sold! The garden is magical, whimsical, serene, just absolutely beautiful. Then, when I stepped inside the lobby, I was quickly delighted to see that the reception area was equally as gorgeous as the garden! It is so elegant and clean and the built-in up-lighting along the walls adds to the ambiance. The entire venue gives off the feeling of excitement in the air. When you agree to book the venue for your event, you are completely taken care of by an event coordinator. I had the great pleasure of working with the ever-so-talented, Emily Hughes. For 7 months, Emily was there for me every step of the way up until roughly 10pm on my wedding day. Emily is extremely organized, genuinely kind, attentive, sweet, friendly, possesses excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, the list goes on and on! I was completely blown away by Emily because she went above and beyond my expectations in order to ensure that my wedding went off without a hitch. Our son was married mid January at Garden Tuscana. We cannot say enough good things about how well all the planning went and how no detail was missed on the wedding day. We worked with the coordinator, Emily, who was great! My interaction with her was mostly regarding getting help with where I would order the alcohol and the details of how to get it to Garden Tuscana. They have a great mixer package option available, so you do not have to bring in napkins, cups, mixers, tonic water, lemons, limes, ice etc.--just need to order alcohol. We used Bevmo in Tempe, and they were great. Alcohol was delivered on time, chilled (if needed) and we were able to return any unopened bottles. The bartender (provided by Garden Tuscana) was so friendly and did a great job. Attended a wedding reception there. Free parking is available. The cocktail reception was in a large, lush garden area that accommodated around three hundred comfortably. The weather was perfect. There was some seating and some high tables, however, a few more benches would have been welcome. The Mariachis played on the ground level stage. The hall was very spacious and the guests sat at many round tables with white rose tablecloths and lovely Tuscan themed centerpieces. There was a raised stage for the live band and the dance floor was huge. The bride and groom had throne like chairs. The dinner service was a bit slow, however the food was very good. My daughter Quince was amazing. I was very happy over all with the venue and the customer service, they were very attentive and made us feel comfortable and at ease. I got the the whole package, and was mostly pleased with all the services. I would have given 5 start but there was one concern that makes me sad; we are not too happy with the photos, I feel as the photographer did not have good back ground with the quince group or the guest photos. My husband and I got married at Garden Tuscana this October, and we could not have been more thrilled with our experience there!
From our first visit, we felt confident that the staff was knowledgeable, and everyone involved was so kind and helpful. Adrianna and Rosio were absolutely amazing, and they helped us carry out our vision for the day. Every time we had an idea, they worked with us to try and make our vision come alive.
Additionally, the vendors that Garden Tuscana works with are professional and excellent at what they do. Finding the right vendors for such an important event can be overwhelming, but Garden Tuscana made it easy by referring us to a knowledgeable and experienced team of vendors! The DJ team (from Arizona's DJ) was excellent, and extremely helpful. We got a lot of compliments about our event DJ (DJ Gadger).
We also had Garden Tuscana cater the food for our event, and it was absolutely AMAZING. We had the most fabulous dinner, and when we went to our food tasting before the wedding we had a plethora of delicious options to choose from. Everything was amazing, and the only difficult thing was choosing which of their many fabulous dishes to serve at our wedding. We ended up choosing a steak meal that was absolutely perfect. Everything with the meal was amazing, and we received SO many compliments about the food.
We also used one of the bakeries recommended by Garden Tuscana as well. We went to Bamboo Bakery, and the staff was helpful, and aided us in creating a custom design for our wedding cake. Our guests loved the cake, and we heard many compliments about the flavor and design.
One of the best things about having our wedding and Garden Tuscana was that the staff made the wedding planning process so much less stressful! They took care of the big details and let us enjoy our wedding day! Their wedding package pricing was also extremely reasonable, and everything was of the highest quality. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue!!!
