I’ve Been using Garden Structures for many years now and I like to think we have a great business relationship. I must have bought literally hundreds of fence panels, posts and base panels and I have hardly ever had a problem with their materials. If we did, Gerry just says bring back the defective product and we’ll swap it immediately. Also, they have such a wide selection of tanalized timber so what ever projects I have going on I will always find what I need in their yard. I come to these guys for my xmas tree every year, staff always helpful and friendly and will bend over backwards to help you find what you want (in my case dig out every tree they have in stock ). Ordered fencing panels and a garden gate constructed to my spec. from this company. Owing to a misunderstanding with measurements given over the phone, the gate that arrived was the wrong width. They had a replacement made up and delivered the same day at no additional cost and without quibble. The delivery drivers couldn't have been more helpful. The prices are reasonable too. More...
