Absolutely WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!I was sending flowers to the mother of my friend who is in bootcamp at MCRD and can't be with his mom on mothers day. I had walked in to a nearby florist off of Sunnymead and had a horrible experience after being treated like an imposition rather than a valued customer (I was ready to spend the money so my needs werent unreasonable).I wanted to be able to look at the flowers in a store and ask questions rather than going online to order.Walked into Garden of Flowers and was greeted by Dominica and another employee with the friendliest smiles and a willingness to help. I told them my situation was, what I wanted and the size of the arrangement. I had one special request as well that I wanted.They were both patient, accommodating and made me feel like a valued customer. They made my order from start to finish taking care to include all my details and delivery was right on queue.My friend's mom, who can't be with her only child on Mother's Day was delivered a beautiful arrangement and it was absolutely perfect. I first ordered from Garden of Roses on Saturday, February 6th.I ordered lillis with carnations, I think it was the spring bouquet, they did not have the spring colors but they were very accommodating. They even added pink roses to my bouquets because i wanted pink in there, the spring colors were unavailable because it isn't the time for those. So When it comes to going to flower shops I'm very picky because not many of them offer great costumer service but with garden of roses they work with their costumers i put in a last minute same day order and it got delivered quick but most importantly is that their flowers are so unique and just beautiful thank you garden of roses for helping me put a smile on my sister ! This place was amazing. Needed a boutonniere on a Sunday at 2pm called and needed ASAP. The gentlemen's answer on the phone was "sure no problem what color. ... see you in 20 minutes". Thank you so very much Al and Tamanna for the beautiful work and creativity you both put on display for our wedding centerpieces. Our guest were nearly fighting to take them home and some were trying to steal more than one. I placed an online order with Garden of Roses based on the great reviews and great customer service ratings seen on Yelp! Ouroffice collected donations to send a plant to a co-worker who is home recovering from surgery . Well the Yelp reviews  were not wrong! Garden of Roses text messaged me with the picture of the plant prepared for delivery ! Talk about providing excellent customer service! We received a call for our coworker this morning, she loves the plant, she said it is beautiful. She also sai the delivery person was very nice. I showed up last minute to surprise my wife as well as my mother-in-law since she is staying with us recovering from cancer treatment. The staff was immediately attentive to my needs and were super friendly, mind you today is the Mexican Mothers Day, so they were pretty busy over the phone answering questions, and people from the back coming to the front to assist, I mean these guys seem to be relatively YOUNG but were very much professional, and work as a team, making the buying experience relatively quick and painless, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! I ended up buying two BEAUTIFUL small-midsize arrangements for $39.99 each, NO ONE else could beat that, believe me, I drove to like 3 other places off Sunnymead Blvd and everyone else was atleast $60 each, and my wife and mother-in-law LOVED THEM BOTH... I took the 4-week basic floral design class and I wanted to say that it was well worth the money!! I had no clue how to care for fresh cut flowers, where they came from or how to put together an arrangement that I was proud of. Where do I start?! I had a week and a half left until our wedding day and had not ordered any of the bridal parties flowers. I found this company through Yelp, whom had amazing reviews! Called Al and was extremely accommodating as I wasn't providing much time to prepare. We scheduled an appointment to meet and we discussed what types of flowers we were interested in! We just received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from our daughter for Mother's Day. The bouquet was put together by the staff at Garden of Roses in Moreno Valley. Prices are pretty much the same as everywhere else, but what you really get extra is the service. They are always extremely polite. They are very busy so often when I've called I was told that they were with a customer & if it would be ok if they called me back. Which, if I were a customer in their shop I would expect the same. And they always called me back in a timely manner.I wish they weren't so far from us, as shipping is $15 here in Eastvale, but they are considerably more pleasant to deal with than the local florists in Norco & Mira Loma, so it's worth it to me.P.S. I am so glad I checked Garden of Roses out on Yelp before making my florist choice. Garden of Roses lived up to all the wonderful reviews and then some. I was given very little notice to order flowers yesterday for s funeral today. I was too far from the actual florist to go in and make arrangements for a funeral spray. That meant I had to put my total trust in the helpful young man who answered the phone (I'm sorry - I can't remember your name).
