This is the third time I have used Garden City Property Maintenance for jobs larger than I would like to do myself around the home. Every time Steve has provided a fantastic service, quick, reliable and very thorough. Most recently he has installed a ceiling fan for us, he was able to come around one evening when I had got back in from work and had the fan up and working within an hour. Steve from Garden City Property Maintenance has recently done five day of work in our office and I must say that he has been magnificent. Steve has been completely reliable, happy to go the extra mile and very skilled in a complete range of areas.
