Your garage will need to be built of brick or block (not prefabricated / Compton)
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
We have an initial appointment to find out your requirements and view the space. We then send you a quotation and follow up to get your thoughts. We will contact the council to see if planning permission is required. We agree a start date and arrange sample bricks, agree measurements and style of windows and doors. All work is inspected by a Building Control Officer and all electrical work will be Part P certified. Most garage conversions are completed (dependant on size) in 2-3 weeks.
