For someone that claims to be in the business for so many years and providing good customer service has always been top priority is not the case anymore, been trying to get in touch with the owner regarding some issues with cctv that was installed by himself numerous messages and phone calls only to be ignored like seriously where has all the big talk about being professional and looking after his customers gone now it’s all bullshit should have gone to someone else instead definitely would not recommend after the unprofessional attitude received 😡😡😡

God forbid I smash my phone again but I highly recommend these I thought I would after go through my insurance and pay £100 excess, but after showing them he said he’d have a look and glad I did because he fixed it within 25 minutes and it cost me £40 also put me a free screen protector on..

CCTV INSTALATION - I used a cheap service found on gumtree which i got robbed as the system installed did not even last 1 year the hard drive failed. I then came to these guys who came out very promptly to have a look and gave professional advice. The instalation of the system took a full day the fitters were professional and did not take any shortcuts, they did the work properly. Could not rate this place more! Took my phone in today after dropping my IPhone 5 yesterday, screen smashed and was not responding. It is my work phone and some places were needing too send it away and would take a few days return, they had it back to brand new again within a couple of hours! Went in this morning to have my husbands phone looked at and got great advice from the staff they were very friendly and helpful. . I was given an idea on what it would cost to fix and it was more cost effective to get a new phone.. my husbands job means his phones are subject to all kinds of things and they have a range of cases that will help prevent them braking.. they have a wide range of stock in the shop so worth a pop in if your in ossett and I will definitely be using them in the near future.. A super shop and a top person/owner to deal with sent my I phone 7 as camera did not work turned out to be very complex problem spent over a hour trying to fix it for me there and then with no charge to me had to be fixed off site a for a very reasonable and honest amount camera now working and very very happy .
As a. Valet as wel his selection of juice and hardware is second to non and products are of excellent quality and highly competitive with price my main vape shop 5* will 10000% recomend gani and his shop to anyone for phone repairs or vape stuff
