Game Over Catering

To be 100% honest the food is AMAZING! The taste is truly AUTHENTIC like my momma made it (I think the secret ingredient is love). ... the rice is SO GOOD makes me want to cry because I want to keep eating it and I don't have any in front of me at the moment. I have no idea how they make the rice so perfect like you are eating a taste of heaven! The beans de la olla are fresh and perfectly seasoned like you traveled to an old town in Mexico.... don't even get me started on the SALSA!!! It is PERFECT!!! I can drink a gallon of it .... the chips, the vegetables they use and guacamole sauce YUMMY! I will definitely give them a 5 star review all the way! The only thing was I ate at the beach so the food got cold fast but that is not their fault.... it was still good, so good I had to fight off the seagulls stealing my food! They went crazy for more too  don't think twice about hiring them they make the best authentic food.... So...I was at a Brewery tonight in which Game Over had a truck parked outside of. Wasn't super hungry and was hoping for just some chips and salsa. The guy recommended Mulitas, which were not on the menu, so I thought I'd give it a go. They were SO insanely good!! I don't know what all the hell was in them besides salsa, cheese, and chicken, but the flavors were absolutely incredible!! I am home now wishing I had 18 more. Let me start by saying "WOOOW" the quality of these tacos is on point...I got 3 tacos birria (which i never had in my life because my stupid self thought birria was chivo) carne de puerco and beef. ..the meat was so juicy when i bit into them! It was delicious authentic Mexican food which was prepared/cooked fresh onsite! They catered our event for over 100 people of quite a few nationalities. Everyone loved it and I didn't hear a single complaints.We ordered three types of tacos; Al pastor, carne asada, and Pollo, beans, rice, salad, and all the condiments (salsas, guacamole, onions, cilantro, fresh grilled yellow peppers, etc). The price even included the agua frescas! They made the best horchata and cucumber limeade I've ever had! Very reasonable pricing and it didn't feel like we were being nice and dimed. Wow! I was ready to write a five star review after the first few bites and still couldn't force myself to get any good photos of the food! This company makes seriously good eats and they invest in their ingredients and use only top quality meat. Everything was deliciously seasoned and cooked to perfection...mmm...I still have the aftertaste of their slow cooked beef and salsa.The food truck was very clean (spotless) and they make everything to order - no mass assembly here. Game over catering is very different than other taco catering . Javier and his parents took their time to sample us the best quality meat before booking with them. Their meat was delicious along with their salsas. My husband and I immediately booked with Javier and his team for our daughter's birthday party. Javier communicated with us a day before to make sure serving time was still the same time.At the party, the set up was perfect in our backyard. My husband and I hired Gameover Tacos for a work event at our home and Javier and his team arrived promptly and were cordial and polite to us and our guests. The tacos and the toppings were absolutely the best we've ever had. The meat is fresh and the beans and rice are all made by him and his team. The pico de gallo and other vegetables are hand sliced and the green and red sauces that he provides are absolutely delicious. When they are done, they package up all the leftovers so all you have to do is pop it in your refrigerator. We had Javier from Gameover Tacos come and cater our daughter's Surprise 21st birthday party last night. We can't say enough about the quality, quantity and promptness. .. he was actually a little early. The food was to die for with lots of left overs that he packed up for us to keep. I don't know how there was so much left over because everyone ate their fair share and then some. Javier and his staff were fun, courteous and made our guests very happy and full with the best tacos and quesadillas they've had. There were SO many extras and all were fresh and hand cut. The meats, all 3, were seasoned to perfection and so incredibly tasty. The party, the surprise and the food were such a hit. They really helped make this party something incredibly special. We'd been searching for a little while and kept running into roadblocks. When we got in touch with Javier everything fell into place perfectly.
