They did an excellent job! I just got to find out the hard way how unprofessional selfie stations were. I had an event and booked two months out from even a selfie station I had seen at a couple's engagement shower just a month before. I called them and left several messages. I finally got a hold of someone, and they said yeah, sure, we can do it. I got a verbal agreement they could do it, but they never sent me a contract or anything like that. The day before the event, I realized I hadn't heard from them. Once again, I can not get a hold of them. In a Rush, I started calling and emailing every photo station company in the Austin area. Not two hours after I sent it out to all these different companies, I got a response from Game Flash. The lady who answered was very kind and professional and said they were available. They were also much cheaper than several of the others. Out of all the emails and calls I made, only one other got back to me the next day, and the lady who came on the phone sounded like she was eating something while on the phone with me. We will definitely use Game Flash Events again! We booked them for arcade games at our corporate event. I can't say enough good things about Travis. I wish I could play the lute so I could write the ballad of this customer service legend!! He noticed there was an issue with one of the game modes in the arcade when he dropped them off. These machines are over 20 years old and he rebuilds them himself. Dude worked on it for hours and didn't stop til it was solved. Nick, Travis, and other staff members made it a memorable night with their photobooth and props.<br>If you check out their website, you'll see a grand selection in how you want your photobooth to set up. There's a lot to pick from and it's a great thing as they can work with your event by being outdoors or indoors. We had Game Flash bring a photo booth "cube" for our Texas Court Reporters Association - 80th Convention in Austin. They were professional, arrived on time, and sent us a link afterwards for all of the pictures! I used "Game Flash Events" photobooth services for my wedding and they were fantastic. The owner was very courteous and communicative. Both the owner and employee assisting, were concerned and as helpful as they could be; due to the weather being uncertain. <br>Although the printer wasn't able to print out the picture at the time, guest were able to send the pictures directly to their phone. And to compensate for the printer issue, the owner mailed me all the prints and also sent me an electronic file of the photos. My wife and I used Game Flash Events recently for our wedding. As I’m sure you can imagine there are lots of choices for vendors out there. We decided to choose GFE because everyone that we dealt with from the very beginning at all levels of the organization was very considerate, punctual and informative. With that being said every step of the process from research to booking and execution was perfect. When you are putting on a large scale event like ours the last thing you want to do is worry about details. With GFE they were always reaching out with updates and scheduling plans. So I went to Blue Owl Brewery for a Super smash Brothers Melee tournament hosted by Austin Retro Rentals. The event hosts, Travis and Venus, were extremely personable. Awesome to talk to. They even made the Arcades themselves. They work and play great. It was certainly nostalgic playing Galaga, Pacman and many other games reminiscent of childhood adventures. I ended up winning the Smash Bros. tournament, got awesome prizes and even made a few friends along the way. A.R.R. certainly know how to put on an event. We started with a call to discuss details then moved into an in-person walk through of the space to formulate the best plan for the event. While in Austin last year in May, I attended a private event where this company had provided their services! I must say, this was the coolest experience ever! The fact that I could play games I used to play when I was younger was just amazing! The memories it brought back and the excitement was real! Basically what this company does is they set up private events and or you can invite them to your party to set up a gaming experience for your guests that they will never forget! What makes photo booths such a great alternative to traditional photographers?
It's all about the privacy and on demand service. User's want to look and function in a certain manner while taking photos without "all eyes" on them. Privacy grants that ability for them to be comfortable while in action. Additionally, user's want to be able to see the photo(s) immediately after the image is captured. This is where on demand plays an integral role. They can edit the images or simply retake the photo right there on the spot if they are unsatisfied. You also get the photos in the moment, on the spot. Traditional photography doesn't work in this manner and is an antiquated approach.
What photo booth props do you offer?
LED lit items such as bow ties, glasses, rings, bracelets. Also hats, caps, top hats, cowboy hats, comical hats, sunglasses, mustaches, oriental fans, feather boas, and many more items.
What do you love most about your job?
Smiles, conversations, and customer satisfaction. I know this sounds so cliche, but this is very true for us. We enjoy listening to people share stories about when they were kids and how they used to play on certain gaming equipment. We adore seeing people smile while having fun and we are glad to provide the proper equipment to help people elevate to that level. This world needs more of that. And lastly, satisfaction. When planning events, it's stressful. We fully get that so when people turn to us, we make sure that everything is flawless. When satisfaction is met, we are happy that "they" are happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
There is not a lot of companies that offer what we do and we indirectly came across this niche. We had well perceived responses from our approach in our early days so we wanted to expand on that to allow for as many as possible to enjoy our equipment. We are fully aware that these items are hard to come by, expensive, difficult to maintain, and move around so we took it upon ourselves to specialist in this arena so people can take advantage of that.
Why should our clients choose you?
This is based upon several factors and we are not trying to "convince" you so we'll speak true to the heart and what we would expect if the roles were reversed. First is our commitment and follow through. We are committed to providing the service that you'd expect and we follow through on our promise to provide you with stellar service. We only focus on your event and only do one event at a time so there are no distractions. All attention and focus is on your event! With that, we won't let you down come the day of your event and there will be zero issues. Our items are maintained to perfection, sanitized, and are extremely presentable. You wouldn't want questionable or abused equipment so you won't be getting that from us. Lastly, customer experience is the best. Event's are designed to be fun and so are we! We match the energy of the event and make it comical. Everyone needs to laugh so we focus on pulling out the smiles to make it memorable.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We clean all of our equipment prior to the event setup and clean all equipment once we are complete with the setup. We incorporate a double cleaning pass with high end cleansing products to ensure all clients are kept safe.
