Joined in July as a 24 hour member, this is REAL gym with really good equipment, friendly people and a good atmosphere. Go here if you really want to change your body, this isn't a treadmill city like a lot of gyms. There is always a good mix of guys and girls and a huge age range, it's really a gym for everyone. The facilities aren't fancy but there are lockers and hot showers and the place is clean. Highly recommend. More...

I would move here just for this gym! Our new favourite place to train. Staff are lovely. All separate areas to train. Weights area is great and their cafe is so handy although we hadn't time to try it this morning.

I needed somewhere to train whilst on a short break in Harrogate. I contacted Gambaru gym and chatted to Janelle who was amazingly helpful. I arrived at the gym the next day to be greeted with wide smiles and a really warm welcome. I was shown around and then allowed to train. The members of the gym were so friendly not interfering but ready and willing to spot and offer help and support if asked for.
