I was recently looking into purchasing a second property to use as a rental and I needed help from an accountant who could fully explain what the tax implications would be. I worked with Preet Sandhu and he was absolutely excellent. He answered some of my initial questions over email and then set up a time to talk further over the phone. He really wanted to make sure I had the answers to my questions so I could make an educated decision. In the end I didn't purchase the second property and that was due in part to the help Preet gave me. After understanding the costs associated with the property, and the tax implications, I was able to make an educated decision and see it wasn't the right move for me.
