Galindo's Kitchen

I planned a weekend in Palms Springs with a few close friends at an AirBnB. We didn't want to worry about cooking but absolutely wanted a delicious feast. I contacted Galindo's Kitchen to see what last minute options they had. Shannon was so sweet and accommodating! She was able to prep a TACO FEAST and have it ready for the weekend on such short notice! We were able to get asada, chicken, and al pastor tacos, grilled veggies, rice, beans, and an assortment of the BEST homemade salsas! There was six of us but we had enough to feed an army. I can't wait to use Galindo's Kitchen again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a catered meal! More...

I've used Galindo's for family events, showers, holidays and I can't recommend this company enough! Excellent quality, amazing taste, and super fresh. It's also incredibly cost effective and budget friendly, but doesn't affect the quality and presentation. Shannon's team was easy to communicate with and so nice!
