This man is cone man, i bought Laptop which he gave me 1 year warranty, i took it home and discovered that 4 of the keypad is not working, i brought it back He accused of spoiling in 2 days and refuse to refund me, after much arguments, he deducted 40GBP. I refuse to leave his office if he did not complete it He Called the police for me when it was about 7pm because he closes by 6pm. the police pleaded with me to come the next day and ask for my balance since he wants to go home.. Been in twice and all the members of staff I’ve come across are very friendly and helpful. Went in the first time to get my phone unlocked which was quick and easy. They put a sticker on items they fix to be able to scan them, and this wouldn’t come off my phone and left some stickiness, but they offered to clean this off for free! Well what can I say I went to lots of different shops in Leeds to find out how much it would be to repair my phone as the ear piece was very quiet I was getting 80 pound quotes and them saying it would be better just to buy a new one then I called into a shop in trinity and he recommended these guys to me anyway I walked in and the staff were very friendly and welcoming one of the guys had a look at my phone and he fixed it saving me 50 quid I hope they enjoyed their coffee and doughnuts I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone all I can say is wow and a massive thankyou

Repaired the home button on my iPad mini in around 5-6 hours. Honestly really impressed, Barry the owner was nothing but courteous and friendly.
The quote for the work was £190 cheaper than what Apple quoted.
