Aimie loves Alex and gives her five stars. Aimie waits by the front door as she comes in and never runs away. She used to shake and tremble during the whole grooming process - not ever with Alex. Gabby Stacy came to my house last week to pamper my pup! Seriously- easiest 15 mins of my life.... she clipped her nails, grinded/filed them too, brushed her teeth and cleaned her ears! ! It was very inexpensive, not to mention, AMAZING!!!! I was PUMPED about this for days afterward because it was one less thing I had to do for my dog, I didn't have to take my dog anywhere or even clean up after. Macey loved it too :-) Gabby talks to the pet the way you do, as the owner, which always speaks volumes about the person caring for your animal. I was extremely pleased with my groom today. You can tell Gabby truly loves what she does, and that is reflected in her work. She really cares about the animals and works with them to make it a calm, and comfortable environment. My Pom is NOT an easy lady to please, I've gotten called to pick her up before grooms have been over before...but miraculously she worked wonderfully with Gabby. I could not believe my eyes!! Gabby sent her groomer Alex to my home in Philly and she was INCREDIBLE. She was so kind and patient with my Bichon, truly treating her like she was her own dog. The groom was fast, neat and happened right there in my own kitchen! I know my dog really preferred being groomed her own home rather than having to get in the scary car to go downtown. I was very pleased with my services from Gabby & Alex!! They took the time to make my 11 mo old Malshi Reggie feel comfortable and relaxed for her bath and grooming. They played with her and gave her treats and she was not nervous and anxious like she usually is going to the groomer. You can tell how much Gabby and Alex really care about their "clients" happiness and they make it a calm and comfortable environment. My dog, Biscuit, has a hard time being around other dogs, so I needed a personalized grooming service for him, to give the TLC Gabby's Grooming on the Go gives. Biscuit can also be finicky about people but he loves his groomer, Alex, from Gabby's Grooming. Alex is so good with Biscuit, not only in grooming but letting me know any differences she observes or any concerns that I should ask my Vet about at the next appointment. Very thankful for Gabby and Alex, as there are very few groomers for cats and even fewer that are mobile. Alex and Gabby were both wonderful clipping the nails for our four cats, giving them all spring brush outs and a dry bath. Alex and Gabby are very professional, friendly and their love and respect for animals and their people is evident in all that they do and say. All of the cats were put at ease as Gabby and Alex talked with them while grooming and made sure that all of them were comfortable and calm.
