My body is a mess and I’m often suffering from one physical injury or another due just to my physiology. Summer is very aware of any physical limitations that I might be having that day and she customized my workouts to make certain we’re not exacerbating any problems. She works to strengthen weakened areas to prevent future injuries; and while she pushes me past my comfort level, she’s never prescribed a workout of which I am physically incapable. Further, many of her workouts blend endurance with strength so you’re increasing your heart rate while also building muscle. I can not recommend her enough. More...

Summer is very knowledgeable and customizes each session for us. She pushes us further than we thought we could go. My husband and I have been doing partner sessions since May and highly recommend.

As someone who is significantly overweight, I was terrified about going to a gym or trainer because I have had such bad experiences in the past. However, I took the risk two years ago and started coming to Summer. She has pushed me outside my comfort zone in the best possible way. I worked out with Summer at G2 for almost two years. She completely transformed my body. I gained a lot of strength and knowledge from training with Summer. Because of moving cites often, i have worked out with several trainers, Summer by far has been the best trainer i have had. She has flexible times, is very affordable and knowledgeable in her field. I used to always dread going to the gym before I joined G2ASC. Now, I even go in the mornings sometimes, and I am not a morning person! It is great because you show up each day and there will be a brand new, customized workout ready for you. I have been going here for about 6 months now, and I've had different workouts every single time. Summer makes sure you have good form for everything, and she personalizes your workouts based on where you're at and what your goals are. It is so nice not having to plan out my own workouts, and I never get bored of it because it's always different. Usually in the past, I would get some motivation, sign up for a gym, go a few times, and then get tired of it. So the biggest testament I could give is that I have kept going consistently every single week, and I have no plans of stopping any time soon. I started going to G2 a year and a half ago. After getting married I got comfortable and let my health slip. Being an athlete in high school and college, I felt horrible about myself and how I looked. I tried numerous times to start working out again but could not ever keep it up for more than a month. I decided I needed some sort of accountability and that is when I found Summer and G2.I could not have picked a better gym than G2. Your first meeting with Summer you go over what your goals are and where you think your weaknesses are. She uses these to actually develop your workouts to help you meet your goals and improve on your weaknesses. She makes sure that you are continuing to improve and reach your goals. Summer cares about you and your journey. I have recommended G2 to several of my friends as well as my family. My younger sister is a High School Athlete and Summer has worked with her to improve things like her vertical jump and strength. Her sporting performance has significantly increased since she started with G2. Summer’s workouts are never boring and never the same. She makes sure you are doing each move with correctly and explains what each move does for you. Since working with Summer I have become leaning, stronger, and happier overall.
