We got married at Chene Rouge in October and had the most amazing experience. We did both our ceremony and reception there and everything went without a hitch! I can't say enough good things about Andrew, Heather and the rest of the staff! Andrew & Heather were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were so helpful throughout the entire process even when we changed our minds a couple times on floor plan.They have great ideas and understanding of how the whole wedding planning process goes and were very organized! Wow! I cant beleive it has already meen a month since I married my best friend at this stunning venue. I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day! The whole planning experience was so easy and so much fun. Andrew was so much fun to work with and Heather was so sweet and accomidating. I even had a button pop on the back of my dress right before the ceremony and Heather sewed it up for me. The ballroom was gorgeous! My daughter was married at this beautiful venue last Saturday. After visiting during wedding rehearsal I realized how beautiful the place was. The reception area was huge and was very upscale and elegant. The ballroom was large and held 200 for her event and had several door entrances from the outside. The food serving area was in a convenient location just outside of the ballroom. The wedding planning staff was incredible. They worked extremely hard at making my daughter's big day a super success. The wedding planning staff were extremely organized and detailed. They covered EVERY detail of the wedding and executed it perfectly!The actual wedding area was beyond gorgeous. From flowing fountains to beautiful gardens to an immaculate landscape, drapery and flowers; the outside grounds was spectacular. Jesse was wonderful to work with from the start! We had both engagement and wedding photos done with him and he was very comfortable to work with and gave great direction for posing during shoots. He was familiar with our wedding venue already and had some ideas on where to shoot on our wedding day. His turn-around with the photos was very fast and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. G&W Catering did amazing food for my wedding reception last month at White Crest Farm! Everyone kept telling me how great the food was, and the staff was very flexible with things! Gwen was quick to answer all my questions, and my mouth is STILL watering over our cake! best variety of options, ALL delicious, best price tag, especially for larger crowds, and best flexibility. Hands down the BEST caterer in Georgia!

When looking at venues, Austin and I had several appointments set up but ended up only going to our first one because we fell in love with everything at Chene Rouge. The staff and the venue were incredible and when you know, you know! We were given a wedding planner, Heather, who was also the owner. Heather BLEW MY MIND. She was my go-to for EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING you can possibly think of and then all of the things you haven't thought of yet. She never got mad at me for sending her emails almost every day for a year and a half... I sent her A LOT too! She worked with me to make sure we could have our dog in the wedding and that was VERY important for us. Heather truly gave us the most perfect day. She has a patient, positive, can-do personality which really made us connect with her.The day of the wedding, Andrew was our director. He was amazing with everything. He took the reins on extra decor and she did phenomenal!!!! He also was a life saver with all of his help and hustled around to make sure everything was going smoothly. Austin and I had nothing to worry about and here we are, 6 weeks later, and our guests are STILL talking about our wedding day. From the venue, to the staff, to the food, to the decor and the simplicity of having everything all in one space... Our families and friends had a night they will treasure forever celebrating with us. Chene Rouge was a beautiful venue for our daughter's June wedding. We enjoyed working with Heather, the owner. She gave us the tour of the venue and she made all of our flower arrangements. They were all gorgeous! Also, the food was incredible! Andrew and Lindsey were our wedding directors and they were both very professional and made sure all of our needs were met. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary by having a small gathering. Jesse made contact with us before the event and we went over the details, some dos and don’ts and what was expected. On the day of the event Jesse executed everything exceptionally and was phenomenal to work with. He was very professional, he arrived on time, and was very friendly and welcoming. He took the most perfect photos. I have terrible posture and I really appreciate his subtle reminders to put my shoulders back so my pictures could come out with me standing tall and looking beautiful. The pictures came out looking beautiful and one of the first things I thought of (because I’m always criticizing myself) was “Omg, I’m so glad he reminded me to put my shoulders back”. So I wouldn’t look all slouchy, LOL . He took photos of things I didn’t even get to see that day, because I was walking around paying attention to guests. I really appreciate his service, patience and professionalism. I know how it is to have bad vendors and have to worry about them but with Jesse I’m confident he won’t let you down. I want to start out by saying when we signed the contract this place had a different owner. We ended up with a owner that. .. lets just say he should stay in the back office. Andrew (nasty attitude) should leave all the talking and client relations to his wife and Anisle. If it was not for Anisle we would be giving this place a -10 star. Anisle was great to work with she made sure she called, text, email and made herself available for all our needs. On the wedding day the staff was superb Anisle, Sherrel, the bar staff and servers were great. The food was not a hit per the guests that I asked. The many beverage stations (hot chocolate, coffee, tea, etc) was a hit, the David DJ hit, Jessie photographer hit. The hall was perfect!!! It was gold and ivory. Beautiful!!! Overall thanks to Anisle and Sherrel the day was great!!!On a final note when you are running a business bare in mind that bad days will come, but a smile and a smiple explanation can go a long way. We had out daughter's first birthday here. The staff present at the day off the event did an excellent job and went above and beyond. All of the 4 stars go to them. The owner was another story altogether. It was made very clear to us that our event was NOT as important as the loads of money he was making with weddings. As he put it "..the most important day off someone's life, not some toddler's birthday." He also tried to cancel the event at one point despite the fact that payment had been made in full because "..you are making things to hard.." It should be stated here that the employee who booked our event had moved on and the person we got next was totally incompetent and made us redo a lot of the process which apparently was making things too hard for them. After a polite email pointing out that there was no cancellation clause in the contract, the event was back on, as long as we don't make it harder. My wife who has worked in events her whole life was completely shocked by the gross unprofessionalism and rudeness. When we finally met the owner in person, the only apology we got was, "it was a miscommunication." I was on the fence about this review, since we had a good event and the venue is gorgeous. We have nothing but love for both Anslie and Shrielle, the ladies present at our event, so I do recommend the venue, despite what happened. More...

Jesse provided photographic services for our wedding at Chene Rouge in March 2018. He was totally professional, flexible and friendly. Many of his photos are truly imaginative and artistic. He mixed color, black and white, shallow depth of field, etc to give us a lot of different looks. We purchased his services as part of a package through the venue and were very pleased with the value. He took all of the shots, did some processing I think, and provided us with the entire digital library both online and on media. Any and all prints were on us. He gave us an unlimited license to the photos for personal use, so we can have any and all prints made we want. He was fairly quick getting the images to us after the wedding, and worked well with our videographer and the venue.
