I called Gary and asked for 3 smoke alarms to be fitted, one on each floor of the house to comply with fire regulations, these had to be wired into the mains so not a straightforward job. I phoned Future-Tech just before 5pm to ask if they could install my new electric oven (Currys / KnowHow were unable to do this). My call was answered straightaway and they came round on the way home from another job. By 7pm the issue was sorted, my cooker was fitted and they had taken my old cooker.
