I have been attending classes at Fusion Movement for a year now and it has really become a valued time in my busy life. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient and everyone makes you feel welcome. It has helped me immensely reduce stress levels as well as introduce me to a great way for regular fitness. I absolutely love Fusionmovement - I have been to a number of yoga classes in the Cambridge area and this is by far my favourite. The environment is warm and caring - clean and calm. The instructors take the time to get to know their participants. Even the participants were helpful in showing me what props I needed and brought items over that I may need. Loved my visits to this place. Friendly people. Nice space. And top notch yoga as good as I've experienced anywhere. They also offer 1 month unlimited classes for $45 for new members so definitely worth checking out if you're curious.

I love, love the drop in classes. I could never sign up for a regular scheduled class- my schedule changes every day and every week. The space is beautiful.
