Q&As

Me and my colleague are both technical minded, we love our own gadgets as well, so dealing with CCTV and IT products for a living is pretty much perfect for both of us. In this industry every project is different. From small homes to larger scale commercial installation, we find is in challenging situations, where customers requirements are special, and needs expert advice, specialized equipment, and when we get to do this, we're happy. Also on the security side of it, alongside that it's a living for us, it feels nice to contribute to an individual's or a company's security.

We both worked for a company where we come across CCTV installers with less than the basic knowledge, and they still make a living out of it. We believe we can do way better than the average, and with the support of our IT knowledge gives us an edge with the latest technologies over the competition. We think our approach to every project is different, and that - I think - is something that customers look for.

We believe in quality work, that means all our works carried out like we would do it for ourselves, and to comply with the expectations of the customer. We also use quality products, that provides exceptional performance and reliability.

We always make custom proposals to every single project, to optimize costs. Many companies do bundle or kit prices, which sounds good, but we don't believe in that. We rather spend time to plan a custom quote with the equipment and work actually needed to fulfill a certain requirement, than just say "yeah kit price 1K" That's not us.
