I've had a very disappointing experience with Fusion Accountants so far. I paid over £900 to join, but was disconnected from the service because I hadn't made monthly payments since January.
When I found out, I immediately asked if a direct debit could be set up, but was promised a call back that never came. After two weeks, I followed up myself, only to be told that I still needed to make the payment. However, I was unable to make the payment while I was in Australia for the past month, and when I returned, I found out that my accounts had been locked without notice. When I pointed out that I had only received one email with follow-up calls, I was told I had emailed many times which was a lie. The communication from my accountant, Arifa, has been almost non-existent. I regret joining Fusion Accountants and I am now over £900 out of pocket. Feels like a Scam of a company.
I would not advise using this company and I feel majority of these reviews have to be fake. Should of burned my £900 - would of had more use.

We have been using Fusion Accountants for a number of years now and have always been very impressed with the streamline operation.
Not only will they make sure all personal and company accounts are up to date and complete, but they are also incredibly helpful when it comes to any queries relating to Tax, HMRC etc.
I have been specially impressed with Rima, our client accountant who has been instrumental in a recent mortgage application, she prepared and processed our company accounts within a matter of days to enable her to write a reference to support my mortgage application.
It is great to have a team in charge of our accounts that knows what they are doing and I know will answer and help with any questions I have be it big or small.

I've been using Fusion Accountants for over 6 months. They are always easy to work with and always helpful. I’m completely new to the UK and the UK tax system and they've always been helpful with any questions I've had.
I considered doing everything myself, but there prices are fair and my time is better spent on focusing on other aspects of my business.

Would not recommend. Slow approach to undertaking simple task which can not be completed or formatted correctly with out requested corrections from myself, appointed with new accountant with no notification of current one in place leaving which I struggled to get hold while on leave by email, Until I phoned customer services to discuss what was happening while paying for a monthly service to have him appointed. Had to reexplain accounts to new accountant put in place who spend longer than discussed correcting previous accountants mistakes on payroll I was informed. Offers ill advise to new start up company's regarding tax procedures. I would suggest getting a simple book keeper from experience now of using Fusion Accountants who have been very unreliable of managing simple PAYE and tax procedures for my operating company and unfortunately now with proceedings of closing accounts and Company. Which I am now disputing getting a full refund for unsatisfactory services provided. I personally would avoid not worth the 3,000 I have spent with there services in two years, with chase up phone calls emails to reception, management to sort address problems. I will not be recommending of there services on going. More...
