Great intimate space. Server was courtesy, attentive, and engaging. Ordered the Fusian Sushi Tacos to start off with, amazing. Fusian, Explosian, and California Rolls were to die for. I went to Fusian for my birthday lunch with my husband. Got two sushi box specials to share and it was so great. The sashimi and sushi were to die for. ..Salad and Miso too. Kudos to the waiter that did not laugh at me when I asked what the etiquette was on how to eat Miso properly. Lovely service. Everything was perfect, and so reasonably priced. The place is also spotless.... what else can I say...I would give 6 stars if I could More...

A restaurant that has attention to details, we need a place like this in Edmonton! Bf and I came here during our visit to Winnipeg and it was such a wonderful experience!

We tried a lot of things on the menu but the dishes that stand out the most for me are definitely the wagyu beef on hot stone, the blue fin tuna tartare and the foie gras(they just melt in your mouth!! #foodporn) The ingredients are very fresh, even their herbs! I also loves the different sauces they make, you can tell they are all made from scratch.Lastly, plating on the dishes are beautiful (very instagram worthy)

I wish we would have some restaurants like this in Edmonton because I don’t think you can find any restaurants in Edmonton that can compete with these guys. For the quality of food they serve, the price is also very reasonable.

The owners are also super nice and welcoming too! I can’t wait to go back next time!! More...

Chris creates the best sushi. And what I know from being a serious foodie and Sushi being my most favorite food......he most definitely picks the freshest and best quality fish and veggies. I so highly recommend this place.
