Furry Tail Dog Training offers a variety of classes in basic obedience for dogs of any age. There are 6 different group classes to choose from: Pup Prep, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Dog Walking, and Puppy Potty Training. In addition to obedience training we use training techniques to better prepare your dog for stressful situations such as vet visits and grooming to reduce the risk of biting and or injury to your dog.

If your looking for a well rounded dog training experience with great results, this is your kinda trainer. Holly’s reward based training, set in a beautiful public park, is a great way to get results! She always went above and beyond for me. We worked on everything from basics to things that were concerns of mine that were not on the program. I got 2 older dogs from the pound in Aug. Seeing they needed training really bad I contacted Holly from Furry tails dog training. What do you love most about your job?
I love to see the transformation of the dogs behavior and the satisfaction of my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to start my own business in the pet industry. I decided to start my own dog training business when I was working on my dog training certificate from Animal Behavior College. While I was working on my certificate, I learned the statistics of dogs that were surrendered to shelters daily due to lack of training, and how many of those dogs are killed in shelters. I want to help pet parents better understand their pet, and help them build a strong healthy friendship.

I am a Certified Dog Trainer with 19 years experience working with animals. I have been a certified trainer for 5 years. I teach 6 different basic obedience classes using positive reinforcement.
