Great service! The store manager was so helpful and nice. He helped me decide between a few dining sets. Having moved to the DC area, I was in need of a reliable and honest business to help me furnish my home. Fred and James were out of this world. I worked with James one-on-one at the store and he worked tirelessly to help me get what I needed. Prices are very reasonable and fair. Delivery was a breeze and on time. James personally made the delivery himself and did the set up. James and Fred were able to knock off a few dollars due to a slight defect in one of the pieces that was discovered at delivery. I actually found this gem of a furniture store while I was in search of another store - but oh, am I glad I stopped in. I was greeted immediately by a sales representative and he helped me find exactly what I wanted. Prices were good and customer service was better. They scheduled me for three day delivery, and gave me a 2:30 appointment time. They arrived at 2:45 (with DMV traffic that's a miracle) and got my furniture in and set up lickety split. I'm happy with every aspect of the service and quality of product. I truly felt they valued me as a customer, and appreciated my business. I will 100% return when I need anything else. Edit: the manager called and offered to solve the problem by replacing the sofa. Once again, great customer service. Both times, they have gone above and beyond what I would have expected. I bought a sofa here and scheduled delivery. They delivered the wrong color and had to bring back the right one a few days later. They refunded me $25 in cash which was good. However, I ordered this from the catalog at the store which showed the sofa as a queen sleeper sofa and showed the mattress out of the sofa. I got the couch and it wasn't the sleeper. I called the store and they told me I was wrong (even though I ordered from the catalog) and it would have been more expensive. I wish they had been more clear about what I ordered. More...

This was a great overall experience, from purchase to delivery, couldn't have gone any smoother.I originally went in to look at a piece I had seen online, but found an even nicer piece and went for it. The store is no frills, with loads of options to choose from, and very fair prices.James was awesome! I took a chance going here based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. The sales reps were very helpful when I went browsing since I wasn't ready to purchase yet since I was waiting to close on my home. They didn't rush me and encouraged me to take my time and look through catalogs as well. I eventually called once I closed on my home and I went back to purchase the furniture for my home on a Sunday. I purchased furniture sets for all of my rooms (living, family, basement, and 2 guest bedrooms) for $6,000. The sales rep also gave me some free items which was added bonus.I highly recommend this store because of the excellent customer service and the selection of furniture. Furnished my apartment in DC with this place. I got good looking furniture and a great mattress for awesome prices. Certainly lives up to its name. This is the best place I have ever purchased furniture from. Fared is not pushy whatsoever. Does what they can to help and accommodate whatever it is that you need. They even throw in a few free items after making a considerable purchase amount. The showroom isn't set-up like a big name show room; it's a family run business and atmosphere, which is nice. Â They still have everything that you'll need for furnishing a home. Definitely a refreshing change from the bulls*** big-name furniture stores that are just trying to crank out quota figures. This shop is perfect for buying lavish and classy furniture. I got a extremely good deal. We bought one sectional sofa which was taking too long for delivery, but we had a party at home. We asked Farid to help us out and he delivered a beautiful red couch and love seat with four red bar chairs which made our home very classy. He also gave us a beautiful and big lamp that makes my bedroom a spectacular one. He came two times to deliver our black sofa and gifted one red bar chair and a matching carpet. What else one needs. This place is great. I walked in and was greeted immediately. I told them what I was looking for along with a price range, and I was given several options from their catalog. It was no work for me! They have something for everyone -- affordable pieces to the fancier stuff. I've never had such a smooth transaction choosing or buying furniture. (I've waited forever just to pay for things at franchise stores, not including the time spent with annoying sales people.) They don't try to upsell you or pull any tricks, which I really value. They also deliver and assemble at a very reasonable price. Here's where they really stand out. My family was arriving in three days and I hadn't ordered any furniture for the guest room yet -- I was in a bit of a panic about what to do. I told Fared (ask for him!) my situation and he delivered the mattress and box spring (and lent me a bed frame) in time for my family to sleep on so we could get by until the rest of the furniture arrived. I didn't ask him to do that (it's my fault for ordering so late), but he did it anyway, and it really made my life a lot easier and more comfortable for everyone during my family's visit. I mean, talk about customer service! Â I told my friends about this place immediately and highly recommend it to all. After shopping for days at Marlos, Ashleys, and Value City this place truly is a diamond in the rough! I didn't have high expectations for this small business at first but I was completely blown away by the quality of their furniture, insanely affordable prices, and wonderful customers service. I found this place by accident while having lunch at the Subway near there and thank god I came across it! They sell everything from bedroom sets to carpets and portraits. I was originally looking for just a bedroom set, but ended up buying a mattress and side lamps as well. The process was so easy and fast. I chose the bedroom set I wanted and it was delivered to me on time within a week. The furniture was exactly how I expected and more. The worker that helped me was very nice and understanding...not to mention very cute :) He helped me every step of the way and was very accessible when I had questions. I always get compliments on my bedroom set and haven't had a bad sleep since I got their mattress.
