The title of mr Naghi's services explain as short as possible exactly how it is to train with him . All fun , motivating , interesting and worth investing time with. i enjoyed allready 2 weeks out of six and feel much better , I have more energy and I'm burning fats with every session . All the techniques are precise and the program is spot on . Meals are easy and quick to make so not to much hussle on that as I cook my own meals . Training is fair , the more you need to burn the more intense exercise you do and is paying out !, Mr Naghi is always there to help you and push you further and show you how far you can go without harming yourself. Naghi has exceeded my expectations of a personal trainer, he took the time to really understand my goals and needs and advised me the best way to realistically achieve them. Not only did he create a training programme for me which combines various weight training, boxing and cardio he also put together a tailored diet plan for me. The variations he uses in sessions makes going to the gym so much fun and enjoyable. Naghi also assigns his clients individual workouts to do whilst not training with him and keeps you motivated which is a massive help. His passion for fitness and determination to help me succeed my goals is just great. Naghi is a top class personal trainer. I started with 94kgs and within 3 weeks of training I have lost 5kgs already. Naghi is pro in weight loss programs, your diet plan recommendations has worked very well with the training regime. You have helped not only with weight loss but you have also induced in me an altogether new life style that focuses on healthy diet accompanied with regular exercise to develop a strong core.

the most successful clients that I worked with, kept their nutrition and food intake as simple as possible, as easy to track as possible. they usually don't forget to log their weekend foods and night outs.
here and there they have been lacking with their nutrition but most importantly, they have always been controlling their diet according to their desired goals.
