I work with my clients to develop a plan involving exercise, proper nutrition, adequate recovery and sleep, stress management, and lifestyle modification. I communicate with my clients on a daily basis through text messages, facebook, emails, and face to face.

Changing your lifestyle on a permanent basis, Diets don't work. You need to develop solid exercise and nutritional habits that will last the rest of your life. There are no magic pills or secret fixes. It's all about hard work, dedication, and consistency.

Helping people to create positive changes in their life that improve their physical state and mental state as well.

I wanted to tailor my exercise routines and nutritional programs to the individual and apply what I had learned through years of education and practical application.

I am the most knowledgeable and experience exercise professional in the Toledo area. I am passionate about what I do and I love helping people achieve their goals.
