So I've tried a lot of fitness/wellness routines out there: BBG, OrangeTheory, Barry's Bootcamp, pilates, infrared sauna, and a bunch of classes ClassPass has to offer. I've also worked with other personal trainers before so I do have a point of comparison. Right before training with Brandon, I was trying to find my next workout routine... to mix things up a bit since I was bored with my previous routine. There is a ton of fitness info out there, very overwhelming and a lot of them were telling me conflicting information. So after a few weeks of research, I decided to find a trainer that can help me reach my fitness goals. Brandon is super chill and personable, and is very motivating in a non sergeant way (but if you're into that.. I'm sure he can work with different motivation styles).  He's very knowledgeable in how the body works physically and mentally, and has helped me work out more efficiently. Brandon is great because whenever a movement or muscle something doesn't feel right, he will adjust the workout and try to figure out what's the root problem that is causing the pain. I never feel like I'm at risk of injury (and I'm pretty broken... I have issues with my back & knee). He's very creative with his workouts so it's never boring, and your ass will be thoroughly kicked on leg day... More...

I've been training with Brandon for a couple months, and I  couldn't be happier than I found him as a personal trainer. I've never used a personal trainer before and I only took group fitness classes in the past, so I didn't know what to expect. Brandon is very knowledgeable in health and fitness, and incorporates a lot of workouts I've never done before into our sessions. I usually don't like pushing myself when I workout, but he will push me out of my comfort zone so I'll realize that I'm stronger than I actually think I am. He's super friendly, easy to talk to, and positive. I highly recommend him if you are thinking about getting a high quality personal trainer! More...

Training with Brandon has been awesome! It has been a few months now and I have seen significant improvement in my strength, stability, and mobility. He has become the reason I look forward to training; did someone say Bromance!? Truly, recommend.He is methodical, keeps me focused on my goals (micro and macro); training sessions are fun as there is always new techniques or routines to keep things fresh; informative conversations on fitness, travel, investing, philosophy, new restaurants, etc.; he stays current with fitness trends, tailors sessions based on my nutritional lifestyle (I am a vegetarian), flexible scheduling, and the best part.... Brandon has been beyond awesome! I am a beginner who has never really worked out and have been reluctant to... hearing horror stories from those who have injured themselves related to incorrect form/posture while lifting too heavy. Brandon is extremely attentive with high energy and able to motivate and encourage with a very positive attitude and non threatening demeanor. He is genuine, hardworking, and very professional! Additionally, he is patient and has a lot of knowledge regarding anatomy, correct form, and is quickly able to adapt to a clients needs during a session. I like that he focuses on the entire body and stops me immediately if I am doing a exercise incorrectly. I have issues with stability/balance and he has always been very patient yet encouraging. I actually enjoy weights over cardio now because of him! He gives 100 percent to his work and his dedication definitely shows! He is flexible and I am able to schedule my sessions after work. My experience with Brandon was greater than I anticipated. He completely changed my life. Brandon takes time to always explain every exercise, how to do it properly, what muscles we are targeting, why we did the reps we are doing and everything. He doesnt just tell me what to do but he makes sure i fully understand how to exercise. Brandon knows how to push me as the time goes on and help me reach my limits and really get the results i am looking for. He has a deep knowledge of kinesiology, anatomy and nutrition. My training time with him made me stronger and look better that boosted my confidence. I cant thank him enough for everything and i highly recommend him to everyone. More...

I found Brandon through yelp and been working with him for a few months now.  Brandon is knowledgeable, positive, motivating, prepared for the sessions, his hours are flexible, and more affordable than other trainers I called and worked with in the past.  The gym that he works out of is well kept, large, and not super busy.  Would recommend Brandon to anyone looking for a personal trainer. I've been training with Brandon for a months now, it's been fun, awesome , and challenging. He really payed attention to making my body balanced, and help attack my weaknesses. He's always very positive, hard working, and his time flexibility makes scheduling very easy. Brandon is super awesome! He's a great trainer and is always optimistic! He gives the best motivational pep talks and always pushes you to be the best you without making you feel uncomfortable about what you are doing. He tests limits in a positive way and creates opportunities for you to grow! I haven't been working out for long and routinely exercising isn't something I've done in the past, but with Brandon, he makes you want to get into fitness and being the best you. I'm not always the most optimistic person and sometimes I can bring that negativity into the workout but I always leave a happier person! His optimism and positivity really rubs off on you and it's great! If you're serious about getting in shape then Brandon is your guy. I cannot thank him enough for training and being patient with a difficult diva client like myself, and still keeping his cool at every session. It's our second month training together and I have already made so much progress from training 3x a week. I am feeling so much better about myself both mentally and physically and without this guy pushing me out of my comfort zone I would still be crying about myself being out of shape. Best decision ever!Before having my baby i was active but after delivery my body was completely different. Everything i was able to do, I couldn't and i had re learn my body and its capabilities. That's when i decided to look for Personal Trainer. I have been with Brandon for over a month now. The exercises are challenging and not boring at all. I started to work out with Brandon since April. I originally came to see Brandon for my brother to make him work out, but apparently I got more results than my brother. Brandon always advices you to keep eating healthy and have a positive mindset. Working out with him is more focused on your body composition and your lifestyle habits other than just losing weight. I personally experienced lots of different exercises that I've never had before such as dead-lift or slingshot squat. My fiance and I have been training with Brandon for a little over 1 month now and he has been awesome. Prior to starting personal training, we were never very diligent with working out and did not have a steady workout regimen. We finally decided to sign up for personal training together because our wedding is coming up and we wanted to get stronger and look/feel awesome! Working out with Brandon has been great so far. He has a really positive attitude and pushes us to do our best while still assessing our limits and offering modifications for us as needed. He is constantly checking on us and makes sure we are always challenged. He has also been helping us with our joint mobility and is always making sure we do our exercises safely and effectively. We are really comfortable working with him and we're so glad to have been set up with him for our personal training. If you're looking for a coach/trainer that is very attentive with how you do the work, one of the best decisions you'll make is getting connected to this dude right here. I have never had a personal trainer before I met Brandon. I met him through social media and we had an instant connection about health & fitness and I told him I was going into the personal training field as well and wanted to learn more about it. The way he critiques and pushes me to get outside my comfort zone is something I love the most that he does. He is so passionate about his profession and working with his clients and I admire so much about him. He always kicks my butt in workouts and I absolutely love it. I had never had a personal trainer before I started working with Brandon, so I didn't really know what to expect. I sought out a personal trainer for the usual reasons - wanting to get in better shape - but I also needed to work on my back and core strength due to a herniated disk. --First of all - the results:--I feel very lucky that I ended up with Brandon - because he took special care to craft workouts for me that fixed my imbalances and increase core strength very quickly - and only after a few weeks a lot of my pain was gone. He taught me a lot of small things to watch for and improve in my movements in daily life, not just in the gym. Coupled with the hard work we do in the gym I have seen a significant improvement in my quality of life. I can chase my young son around and pick him up without constant back pain. I am lighter, tighter, and stronger.  --What its like to work with Brandon:--Brandon is extremely positive in a genuine way, and this will immediately impact the way you approach your workouts. He is very attentive to his clients needs, and provides customized workouts to help them reach their own goals. In my individual workouts or working out in pairs with other clients I observed that Brandon has a natural knack for connecting with people. This not only puts you at ease, but builds trust and helps him know how to motivate different types of people. He is extremely knowledgeable about different types of exercises and how to target muscle groups. This was very helpful to me because some days I would not be able to do certain movements due to my back and related injuries. Brandon could always find an alternate way to continue with workouts without compromising the goals. Brandon is by far one of my favorite trainers that I've ever worked with. He comes in every session with a ton of energy, so his energy actually transfers over to me during our workouts. He's also very personable and knowledgeable, so I tend to talk a lot with him. But given all that, Brandon could be quite tough. There is no slacking off or 'I can't do this' excuse, because he knows how much each person can or cannot do. He will push you to your limits...that is the only way to get results. He will always make sure that correct form is being used, and will make adjustments to the workout for the day, depending on how you feel.I've been working with Brandon for a lil over 3 months now. I just recently completed my 90 day progress, and I couldn't be happier. Not only have I gotten stronger over the past 3 months, but I've also gotten leaner. 10 lbs gone, and I'm actually starting to see some ab definition. Brandon's a super energetic and positive trainer who's very knowledgeable and has the ability to push you to your limit AND makes you feel good about it. The exercises are customized to your goals and fitness/mobility level. I've been working out on my own on and off for quite some time now but I've decided to get some personal training in to fix my form and certain imbalances. Everyone's personality profile is different. Therefore the motivation and program needs to be build around your particular personality, interests, and goals.

It's much more simple than some might make to it to be. Staying active, eating real nutrient dense foods, and building your mind will result in a high quality life.

Seeing people from day one and a couple months down is always a huge transition. Besides the physical benifits, I notice the shift in mentality and energy. It's amazing being apart of the process.

Being able to create my day, to organize and structure it is powerful. I work hard and when I was able to break away from the 9-5 grind I was able to focus my energy on my potential.

With me, you will not just have a workout that is multiplied throughout the day. I spend much time designing programs specifically for each client.
