Chris is awesome - just do it...
I have been training with Chris for over 10 years now. When we first met I was tipping the scales at almost 300LBS and was in excruciating pain from sciatica that would keep me from sitting any longer than 10 mins at a time. I was also depressed and in need of a new life direction and purpose. I was afraid and embarrassed to join the public gym and after seeing a Chiropractor for almost 50 sessions with no real lasting relief from my constant pain I found Chris and decided to shave off the weight and strengthen my core. It was intimidating at first but Chris didn’t judge me for my lack of physical ability or my weight. He gave me the confidence and support to realize that the only challenge is with yourself, every day, day in and day out. We trained 3 days a week and after the first 4 months I was down 50LBS !!, and at the one year mark I had destroyed my original goal of 220LBS and reached 199LBS. I continue to see Chris and I can honestly say that I owe my life to him for the help and support that he has given me to overcome life’s biggest challenge and that’s myself. More...
